Yeah, I too have a habit of buying games way out of date as well. I'd rather buy a game and all DLC for $40 (like I'm going to do soon for the witcher 3) then buy any game at launch. Besides, theres always a never ending backlog of games for me to play. Not much free time as an adult. Much sad. And kids want to grow up fast, lol.

Funny that theres more people like me than I thought. lol

I'm playing Tales of Beseria for the first time right now. I have no idea why I didn't get this sooner. ITS AWESOME! The combat is a lot of fun and the OST sounds great.

Straight out of 80s anime.

You call us crazy, and yet you say that like it's a bad thing. Pot, meet Kettle. Kettle, lay off the pot. It's really starting to negatively affect your life's decisions and ability to decern quality character designs.

No, those character designs were horrid. :P My opinion and aesthetic tastes are beyond question. ALL HAIL ME! (Joking)

As for Sona, I'm ok with a support mage focused on Rewarp and Entrap over doing damage. Such utility spells can certainly be useful.

I'm very happy Celica is getting the OP Ragnarok as a skill. Lord's should be powerhouses like Hector, not wimps you hide from combat like Roy.

Falcon Knights will still be useful for their high speed, carrying units, and the monster bonus damage should still be good.

Heck, it probably would have help their sells because march was unusually full of awesome games.

Also, apparently the Character Ages aren't just for flavor text anymore as some Provisions are unsuitable for minors.

lol, thats a cute touch.

Turns out they are looking to correct some facial animations problems with the next patch. We'll have to wait till the patch comes out to see how much of an improvement there is. Also, they are increasing inventory space and adding the option to skip the space exploration cutscenes. OH THANK GOD FOR BOTH. We still need a party chest to store items. I have no idea why Bioware doesn't make a party chest a standard item in all their games in the first place. They are always having to add them in a patch after fan complaining.

You guys are crazy. Those old school designs are SO dated they are painful to look at. Straight out of 80s anime.

I really like the new designs and I'm excited to play with range 3-5 archers. I wish that stayed in the series. Funny how the 3DS fire emblem games have all improved archers in their own way.

This marks the first big sells success for Yoko Taro. Turn out it was a very smart idea to let an experience company handle the gameplay while Yoko Taro focused on what he did best, story.

Well, enemies have a lot of ways to flush you out of cover now. And there will be fights in more open areas. Besides, no twitch skills require. Dashing with your jets doesn't require any sense of timing. Its just a different playstyle to get use to.

Forget cover. This isn't a cover based shooter anymore. Use your jump jets to dash and just evade attacks. You can be constantly moving in this game and its a lot more fun than just hiding behind cover all battle long.

Actually it was reported that EA offered to allow the game to be delayed the same way Inquistion was. Bioware turned down the offer.

Opps, that was a mistake.

Well, there are themes that are part of every element of the story and those broad themes are not unique. How they are presented this game is unique to games. I could probably think of some movies and books with similar themes but of course not exactly the same. So yeah, I guess it is a pretty unique story.

Nobody writes game stories like Yoko Taro.

Well, not many games have a story that can surprise you. And while theres nothing really unique about this games story, its the presentation that counts. Its just so well done. Everybody should have that blind playthrough experience for maximum impact.

@Ramza

Maybe put that post in spoilers? Even hinting at anything can ruin the experience.
