This needs to be brought up too.I think he's generally right, it's just Dragon's Crown might not have been the best choice given it kind of comes off as a teenage fantasy nerd's dream beat-em up anyway. I'd personally worry more about works actively trying to come off as mature that still have that kind of design. EDIT: Though in a way it's probably still better than some examples. Almost everything's exaggerated, and the main problem is JUST the sorceress, the amazon's way more buff than most designs meant to titillate and the elf ranger's actually the most normal design in the game.

A jacket made out of cardboard. Amazon shipping boxes to be precise.
... I'm not sure whether that's an amazing pre-order bonus outfit, or the worst I've ever seen.

Japan does it all the time, I know Pizza Hut flirted their way into Monster Hunter.
If a Monster Hunter let me grill a Pizza over a fire similar to how you grill meat in that game I'd kind of want to import just to do that. Anyways, this is just cosmetic DLC, right? Vaguely exasperating, but I'd rather have stuff like this than, say, a unique character, weapon, or stage exclusive to people who pre-order at the "right place." And I'd protest just by refusing that offer and sticking with someone else, I've done it more than a few times with Amazon pre-orders over GameStop.

Ideally they'd at least release it at the same time as Europe, but I guess Nintendo doesn't feel that's a good idea. It'd probably also help if SE jumped on localizing ASAP rather than seemingly leaving Nintendo to pick it up (or is it just distribution?)

Do people still think we're getting this? Honestly, we have less chance of getting SC than we do of getting Versus 13.
That's not saying much given that once Versus XIII is proven to be underway it's a lock. I don't expect to see it on PSP, but if Sony loosens up with PSP Remasters there might be a decent chance on PS3, and so long as they start getting Trails games AT ALL on PC that should be wide open. NOTE: Getting a "firm date" is more than Trails SC in that it's ALSO proof we should be seeing it, whereas it's completely hazy on Trails SC.

2014? Are you serious SE?
Can't imagine what else they're working on. I dunno, I know Trails SC is a touchy subject because there's a TON of text...does Brave Default have the same problem? Maybe they're reviving FFT0.... ...yeah no, I've given up hope on that. Eh, I think odds are good release will be seen somehow eventually, but I'm not going to freak out over it at this point. It's basically a matter of porting, and SE's going to want to port it to something eventually.

3 years later and you guys are still into this game?
I am impressed.
Actually it stopped existing a few months ago. Some new thing wearing its clothes is in beta now though.
