All good.  I don't remember initiating a game chat, but I do give people O-powers every so often.  I haven't tried the game chat yet.  Whatever, we'll have plenty of opportunities for play dates.

Honestly, I didn't even see what the message said, so it may have been an O-Power. Anywho, good to know I wasn't inadvertently offending anyone. :)

Din, you just contacted me in game I think, and I totally accidentally hit the cancel button at the exact moment, so I just wanted to say sorry! I wasn't trying to snub you, haha.

The doppelgangers episode of Parks and Rec was so fucking amazing. Easily one of the best of the show's run. Which makes yesterday's episode feel a little lackluster in comparison : ( . At least it did for me, since I watched them back to back. It just was so apparent that the person who wrote Doppelgangers didn't write yesterday's.

Froakie all the way. Got a female one and named her Froqueen.

Friend code for all you interested folks: 3926-4218-6252

EDIT:

My Fletchling's ability is Big Pecks. So naturally these other Pokemon just can't handle Fletchling's BIG PEC(K)S.

Sounds really interesting! Thanks for bringing this to our attention; I bought a copy. :)

I'm getting my copy on Monday. But until then, I finally took a look at the final evolutions of the starters, and I personally love them all, even Delphox.

GOD I hate wearing long sleeves.

I understand this. I never liked them, and basically roll up the sleeves up on anything I wear if I can. I also like to do it cause I like how the "rolled up sleeve look" looks on me.

Haps: Got an apartment, and I move in a week from tomorrah. 1 bedroom, and its nearer to my work then where I am now.

Night of the Demons. The original.

It's an awful, awful movie, but its set during Halloween and its pretty fun despite its awfulness.

I'm still liking Sleepy Hollow. It's nothing amazing, but its fun and the characters are quite likable. It still is in its birth throes; I feel like this is the kind of show that gets better in the 2nd and 3rd seasons, a la Buffy. Good thing it was picked up for a 2nd season!

Went to my ex-boss's wedding. It was okay; first wedding I've been too since my age was in the single digits. I basically knew no one but the few of my coworkers who also came, and when all of us just sat in silence for 10 minutes while everyone else was socializing around us, I knew it was time to book it. And wedding traditions are weird. Not bad weird or good weird, just weird.

Zap Rowsdower, a character n a horrible Canadian movie called Final Sacrifice. MST3K did a great job on this one.

This is my favorite answer.

For me, I go with canon/default if the game makes that available, but for things like Persona 4 where the canon name is revealed after the fact, I name them something original. For the original names, I try to make each one different. I'm a big name nerd, so I associate each name with a specific character, so it bugs the hell out of me if I name two different Hawkes or Shepherds with different personalities the same name.

Sometimes I wonder what I missed with Breaking Bad. I can only imagine it goes way beyond the uninteresting premise. I generally can't stand anything about drugs, which is why I never bothered giving it a shot. Maybe someday.

See, I felt the same way. I might have mentioned this before, but the premise never sold me, but a couple of friends kept insisting I watch it. I eventually caved, and I loved the shit out of it. I guess the best way I can put it is that Breaking Bad is about drugs the same way The Last of Us is about zombies.

Anyway, the ending was phenomenal. It was immensely satisfying.

Favorite bits:

Code:
Walt's execution of the Nazis was so classic Breaking Bad Walt. It hearkens back to Walt's ingenuity, such as when he basically blew up Tuco's place in season 1, taking out Gus in season 4, and the magnet episode in season 5.

Nobody gets redeemed. Basically everyone Walter came into contact with had their lives destroyed, so now its all about recovery. Walter was a force of destruction, and for the sole exception of maybe Flynn and Holly, everyone else got screwed over by him in some way.

And I totally concur with the inclusion of Badger and Skinny Pete! They're bit in the episode was so fantastic.

My absolute favorite bit was the scene where Walt was in the house and there's a flashback to episode 1. You can just tell he was thinking about the exact moment when he should have turned right when he turned left. Loved it loved it loved it.
