Sometime I like to detach my head and let it lay around.

Why oh why won't it come to NA...I would love to play this. The Brazilian in me wants to go run around and kick anything resembling a soccer ball after watching this. Hopefully I can conjure up a tornado while kicking, or blow others sky high like in Mega Man Soccer.
1068  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: Do you hate your life? on: September 04, 2009, 12:11:23 AM
I don't hate my life, I love it quite well.

I took those chances and opportunities that greatly pushed me and moved my life in the right direction.  I prepared myself pretty well, learn a great deal at college (Learning a lot still!).  Had my share of bad experiences, got over them quite quickly, moved on with life.

One of the high points in life for me are the new people I've met, whom I found to be really cool people that I respect, especially students from the music dept at the college I attend.  I mean, they are all eager students, some willing to play any of my arrangements and compositions.  They all really just want to have fun with music and teach/perform/and make it in life.  I kind of have a place in my heart watching these guys and gals grow as musicians, teachers, whatever, and having fun doing it.  That's kind of why I want to start a small music group that works with video game music that we can all agree on and hopefully watch it grow.

I was flabbergasted to see how many of them like soundtrack/game music.  One violinist I met in the hall was a prime example.  I had no idea who the student was, but I caught wind that they were a new student.  I like greeting new students and letting them know if they ever need help with anything, myself and the other students are always here.  I'm getting off topic with what I was going, but I digress.  I found out while speaking with the student that they are a fair gamer who Loves RPGs and soundtrack music.  Shocked me good.  I randomly bring up games with students because that's usually what brings a lot of us together now.  Actually, I found out the student beat Shadow of The Colossus recently, which was awesome, and on the same boat to buy a PS3 solely for the TRICO project.  Already cool. Even better news, the student is a violinist and vocalist.  I always have troubles finding a violinist, especially a good one!

I don't know, but I think one of the major highlights of my life is meeting new people you know your going to see often and talk to them. Once you find that topic that clicks, everything is smooth sailing in talking there.

With that said, I literally watch over the students like they are my children.  Haha.  I just don't feel a peace of I see new students walking around in the music dept shocked/nervous/confused.  I got that big brother/dad thing going and want to help out.  Always have, always will.

I care about all the musicians a lot, I want to see them succeed in life and want to help them if they need any.  I don't know, I think times like this makes my life the best it can ever be.  That's why I push myself a little harder, so I can actually be of use to some of these students.

I want to say I stirred off-topic, but I was just giving you the other side and tell you why I love my life. It's definitely seeing these students grow as performers, teachers, composers, ect., and and succeed.

Started off as 2 lines, turned into this? Eh, spoke my mind.
1069  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: What RPG world would you like to live the rest of your life in? on: September 03, 2009, 11:02:21 PM
Kingdom Hearts II because I get to pass by different Disney worlds and not go to Atlantis. Screw that World.
1070  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: I am....ashamed..but admitting...! on: August 29, 2009, 12:13:50 PM
tl;dr, but I get the gist of this thread.

I'm sure someone covered this, but I read faster than the voice actor talks. Heck, I barely even read everything, I skim it and know what's happening. The only part I regret in that is when they come up with a town's name or direction. Directions are probably more of my problems, especially if there's random encounters and I go the wrong way.

I like spoken dialog, but it's not necessary. My little sister, when she watches me play rpgs , can't stand it if there isn't spoken dialog (Only exception is Chrono Cross, go figure?).

Mother always said "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"

This is relevant to this trailer.

Can I plunder and kill the villagers now?

Aterlier Iris 2 and Ar Tonelico 1. Started, half way, stopped. Worthy of finishing it?

That and Metal Gear Solid III. Almost...to...the...end.

Well...I guess that's a step in the right direction?

survey of 5,000 readers? Eh, I'd like a higher count before looking at any percentages.

My 360 only has problems when I play Tales of Vesperia, which actually caused me to stop playing. It wasn't too bad though, I knew when the system was going to break down when the machine stopped making it's humming noise, which was an indicator to save that game immediately. I've never had troubles on any other game. I think my system is more game prejudice than broken.

Started playing The World End With You finally. 6th day. I was surprised my sora-looking hero didn't have millions of zippers on him, but I appreciate a scene where he said he wanted them.

Started PLaying MMORPG Neo Steam. Level 18 Pom Tinkerer. Fun stuff...for now. Any other players or a thread about the game anyways?

Oh, a drop in price? Wait a second, I need to insert my laugh in here... let me go find it....
Found it

I'll think I'll hold off a tad bit longer to see for another.

Forced Sex without calling it rape, and legal??? Now I've seen everything.
1079  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: Any cool, local events? on: August 17, 2009, 07:05:10 PM
I don't think RI has any big yearly events or anything. Rhode Island is a nice place to live, but boring if you're looking for events. You go to the surrounding states for that, and jobs.
