I kind of think if they were fast at banning it'd just make things worse. I log in, blacklist the guy spamming in town and blacklist the guy sending tells and I'm good for a day or two. Ban them and they'll just log onto another stolen account and it'll be harder to keep your blacklist up to date.

They shouldn't even bother until they implement ignore on a right click.

My titan pug victory happened only because I healed half the fight on black mage when the healer got knocked off. Which WAS pretty intense and fun, but if I were a drg or something would have been a wipe.

I've been playing this and really loving it. 3 was one of my favorite ds games. Gameplay's pretty much the same as 3, but it's addressed the problems I had with 3. Which mostly amount to better pacing, both on the rpg side and the harvest moon side. You don't get rich quick, which I always hate in RF/HM games. It kind of makes running a farm pointless if you're rich after a month. On the rpg side there's just more content. The rpg side of 3 was incredibly short. Since I haven't beat it yet I don't know how much larger 4 is, but there's clearly more than 3.

On the downside the townspeople aren't quite as good as 3, but it's a overall improvement to a great game.

Dropping gathering and just buying mats off crafting profits was the best thing I could have did for myself ingame.

I kind of of doubt that all crafts are created equal as far as making gil goes, but if you can make money to buy mats you should. Because crafting is fun and gathering is awful.

I like that everyone is making a dumb face or putting on a big smile and Mike is just sitting there in character.

I used to. Kind of the opposite now, which has it's positives and negatives. I dropped SMT4 and I'm glad I did. I was getting overpowered and wasn't feeling it as much then I got neutral route and it wanted me most/all of the sidequests. I didn't want to. So I didn't. I'm still glad I got the game and had a lot of fun with it. But I don't regret not forcing myself to play near the end when the quality went down. At most it's 'I should really youtube the ending some time..'

But on the negative I'm dropping things I like when the next game I want comes out. I'll get a game, promise myself not to play it until I finish what I'm playing..and then play it anyway and never get back to the first game.

I kind of wanted to give Being Human a try, but I held off when I read it had constant problems of cast members leaving.

There's a goblin by the materia quest guys that's supposed to be able to retrieve materia isn't there?

And materia is fucking weird. 'Whoa there buddy, you can't put any crit on that level 20 ring. You want to put it on that level 15 necklace instead? Yeah, that's fine.'

Though my highest combat class is just 20 initial impression is to agree with Alisha. Materia doesn't do shit except make me feel useful as a goldsmith. So who does it randomly not work for no reason whatsoever?

Got to give blizz some credit for shutting down the auction houses. I don't know if it's a case of putting the game over profits or if getting those 10 millionish people to buy the expansion is more important, but good move either way. I passed on the game initially, but I'm sold on it now and will give it a try once they expansion comes.

Walt gets his end: Set up Scarface blaze of glory end, but he just ends up breaking down in tears instead before getting arrested/shot by gangsters.

Gets away with it: He..gets away with it. Catch is he's either forced back into the business or they show the cancer getting much worse. Or both. So even the good end for Walt is a bad end.

I always thought Tri-Aces wanted to make a Phantasy Star game.

I bet they can't wait to have the player crash on a underdeveloped planet and remove all sci-fi in the first 10 minutes.

Bit disappointed that they're outsourcing translation. This'll be a big test for carpe fulgur. They've done good work with stuff like recettear, but the games they've done are silly and really don't have a single serious moment in them. And while there's room for silly in tits, hopefully they can keep up the pace when it's time for more dramatic scenes.

But the outsourcing does free up xseed to not release Rune Factory 4.
