Good thing too, otherwise I wouldn't have grabbed amazing screenshots like this one.

It's worth noting that the timestamp on the file is 7/28/2006.

They made several improvements, ranging from improved performance to better (earned) fast travel options.  All the DLC from the original game is included, and the new dungeon adds a lot of gameplay.  Considering the expansion plus the core game is only $40, it's seriously a fantastic bargain.

Can't guarantee enjoyment, as some people don't like the combat which is just mindblowing to me, but people like what they like.  The game takes the Dark/Demon Souls approach of minimal direct explanation, so don't expect any cinematic flair to the delivery.  You'll only get as much story from the game as you're willing to search for.  The combat is what really sets this game apart from its peers.

I mostly focused on looks.

nothing looks good with that hideous haircut

Strider is the best class.  The versatility is ridiculous, and the damage is near top tier.  Most people gear their characters for stats... I mostly focused on looks.  Who needs ugly armor with high defense if you're rarely hit?

Yep, I cleared the Everfall at level 38 on PS3 so I'd be on new game plus for the expansion, haha.

I platinumed the game, so it's either Shadow of the Colossus or Sleeping Dogs time.

You should get Dark Arisen.  The new dungeon is fantastic.

If you're worried about losing your save, for whatever it's worth, I haven't heard of a single person who has experienced a corrupted save file.

Anyways, I am two trophies shy of a platinum.  I'll get it eventually, but work and schoolwork like to get in the way.

Diablo 3 always online: we want to deter Chinese gold farmers.

Bumping because the Dark Arisen expansion is out.  I've purchased the expansion on PS3 for the sole purpose of not only replaying the entirety of the game for a third time, but to have 100% completion on both Xbox 360 and PS3.  If you want to rent my pawn, add Meicyn on PSN, or if you don't like me but want to use my pawn, search for my pawn also named Meicyn.  He wrecks shit pretty effectively.

For those that are not aware, Dark Arisen is basically Dragon's Dogma - Game of the Year Edition, featuring the original game, all the DLC that was released for the core game, plus a brand new dungeon that adds about 20 hours of gameplay to an already large game.

Action-RPG combat system of the generation, easily.  Nothing is more satisfying than successfully landing Mighty Bend into a cyclops' eye - that's when you know you're a pro.
