also i'm f'ing done with pharos i tried everything as scholar but i just feel it's stacked against me. its like they tested it as white mage and assumed scholars could handle it too.

Imo crystal tower is terrible. Basically it falls into the same trap as a lot of content in this game. The assumption you have a balanced party with ranged and melee dps. The second boss was near impossible because my alliance was too short on ranged dps...

the reason the ffx battle system was so good is because it had the front mission battle director.

i lot of stuff in this game seems very f2p'ish. i think the 3 month gaps for content are too much so they have to try and keep people playing long enough to get to the next patch.

This is ridiculous.

I never understood why is that so many people has a boner for CoD. Then again, I get that big part of the success of CoD comes from that accessibility for all kinds of players of practically any age, it's fast-food entertainment for people to consume, is all about getting that money instead doing something worthwhile. People then ask on forums why so much of the gaming space went to shit...

Also, all the drama with the resolution of Ghost and Battlefield 4 seems that is gonna end up just as that in most people minds; A drama. Which kind of sucks because stuff like must be important for the user.

Why do you care so much? If anything it's good for companies to have cash cows like CoD and Fifa and Madden. Other great games are still being made.

proposed to my gf yesterday ....i-i-i always knew she loved me but until she was faced with the prospect of losing me i didnt understand just how important i am to her. perhaps it's the things i always thought people hated about me that she likes. the circumstances surrounding us all seems like fate to me but what did i do to deserve this? it's like all the pain i suffered in my youth prepared me for helping her. i met her on pso 2 so my fascination with that series even seems to have had a purpose. and the way old friends gathered around me to support me when i needed it most.

I didn't have the heart to tell him three friends and I cleared it twice the night before with no relics and no DL, and it was our first time in WP.

Which made me think you don't like it when people shout for relic-only parties. For the record I've never done shout groups myself either, I always either go with friends or use the DF. I'm hardly picky about who I go with as long as they arn't the kind of players that are halfway asleep when they play the game and get hit by every AoE.

i think the lack of logical progression at endgame is a real problem. in ffxi i never felt like my gear was an issue for progression

I'm not sure what you mean by "logical", if anything the precise problem with MMOs now is that progression is too "logical" in that its tiered into specific levels of difficulty (ilevel) instead of having a ton of lateral progression that games like XI (used to) have. It's done because it's easier to design for because lateral expansion of a game's content means they have to constantly think of new ways to challenge the player, whereas in vertical progression the only thing you need to really do is increase the numbers and you're done for the day. So far they've been pretty good about the variety in the boss fights, but its easier to do that when you only have a few boss fights. We'll see what happens as we get more content.

i don't think you get what i'm getting at...titan hm is the only content that would require a primal weapon. so your getting it to clear one fight then it's obsolete...
