my Dranei female preist gets hit on more than my blood elf female warlock :/

a random player told me to quit BE warlock and be an orc one. fuck that i dont care about racials especially if it means looking like an ogre. these will be my first wow characters to get past level 10 :D
any beginer advice on talents for PvE? both chars are 15 but i havent spent any talent points yet. if it means anything my BE warlock duo's with an undead preist. oh and zomg the worldofwarcraft forums are full of emo's especially mages crying about warlocks

i'd say affliction.  affliction is good for both pvp and pve.  it minimizes your downtime by being able to drain the health out of your enemies faster than usual and the chance of your draining being interrupted are small compared to other specs.

I recently respecced my warlock to affliction and I like it a lot.  Kiting people in battlegrounds and mobs is good fun too.

I already have one of my characters at 70 (easily replacing Tier II with dugeon blues) and working on my second.

On my server that are people who seem like they absolutely will not give up their epics.

Even at 70 I see people clinging onto their tier 2.  Bloodfang, Nemesis, you name it and people are still wearing it.

I don't know about Bloodfang but some of the Nemesis pieces were able to be replaced with your first couple of hours in Outlands.

Dinged 66, got Cloak of Shadows.  Fuck you, warlocks!

I respecced.  Fists.  11/46/0.

Glad somebody can stick it to warlocks.

Glad they changed it so prep didn't affect this talent.  Cooldown is awfully short but whatever i guess.  Warlocks and shitty shadow priests will have the toughest time dealing with this.

Hit 65.  Leveling feels so slow.  Time for a new area i think.

So today, an arms warrior and I, a holy priest, were questing near the ogre stronghold (on the bridge) in Zangarmarsh.

We get jumped by a shadow priest, a feral druid, a warlock, and at some time a paladin came through but i don't know what happened to him because i was already dead.  three/four very strong pvp classes, all of which that were at our level.  Well, we won.  Which is hilarious imo.

Best part was I got ganked at about 15% health earlier in the day by that warlock.  So did others too since I remember others mentioning it in the general chat.  So after I'm killed I run back to my body and  hover around my body for awhile.  The druid and warlock start fighting a mob.  everyone else is gone.

I then remembered my favorite ability.

Mind Control.

Warlock took a hop into the abyss.  Fucker.  Saw him 5 minutes later with rez sickness.

Two more semesters and I'll graduate and find a job.  Once that happens I'm definitely going to be looking seriously into buying a Mac.  I've wanted one for years.

hey, even celebrities like Macs: http://youtube.com/watch?v=Mf989Hg3T1A

Yeah the dragon boss can be tricky.

A shaman works wonders with his fr totem and for back up heals.

I found some of the pulls in the beginning can be tough depending on how many you pull and how impatient you are.

I think she beat my ass anyway with physical attacks.

I had two problems really.  I never got any personae other than the originals.  Second was I didn't really understand the rumor system till it was too late.  I didn't realize the people who had a sentences in orange could be spread through the rumor system.  I guess that's how you get new armor.

I don't get the whole "save anywhere= easier" logic.  Persona 2: Eternal Punishment allowed you to save anywhere and that game was pretty tough.  I actually heard people complain that recovering SP as you walk would make the game easy but I'll bet those people never even made it past the first boss battle.  The MP recovery as you walk in FF12 is a godsend since, well, it's near impossible to find MP recovery items and I use magic a lot in that game.

Screw Persona 2.

I got to that boss where a bunch of people were kidnapped and you have to fight your drugged enraged friend in some club.  She kicked the shit out of me.  I kinda gave up after that, sadly.  Such a good game.  I'm not blaming persona 2 like it would seem:  i just suck at the game.

The part about the camera controls was pretty interesting.  Never knew.

I was questing in hellfire penninsula last night too... slowly grinding to 61... and getting some new gear. Some of the greens are really good...although it seems weird replacing a blue with a green. I got a green wand that was 73 dps +6 stam +6 int +8 spirit and +9 to damage and healing...how can you not love that

I have that wand too.  It looks sweet for a green wand.

Ran Blood Furnace a couple times last night.  Such a fun instance.  Love the second boss.  Overall great design design too.  Nice to have boss battles that are different than just a plain tank and spank encounter.

I just wish those damn gloves would drop that Tenchi/John posted in a SS in the BC beta screenshot topic that was awhile back.

I caved in and went out and bought it last night.

I've only been in hellfire peninsula so far but it's pretty great.  There's a million alliance and horde around but it's not that big of a deal (infact you could say there is security in numbers).  Most people are just letting others be and aren't ganking except outside of Hellfire Citadel.  I kinda figured that just about every mob everywhere would be dead all the time, but that's not the case.

The numbers is also nice because finding a group is pretty easy.  I specced holy and my guild is helping me quest and such.  I kinda like it.

I like how some of the bosses actually take some kind of intelligence.  We initially died twice on Vazruden because of a noob mage who kept pulling aggro and getting people pounded with fire attacks.

My two blood elves:

Savorn - Paladin
Ashara - Mage

Send Savorn a /tell in game and I'll log in Miakis and get you guys an invite. So far havent seen you guys.

This is Norgannon, correct?

If so someday I'm sure I'll make a blood elf so I can test out the new BE areas.  I'll look you guys up.

I like the carfax video reply the best i think:

While this is probably fake, I could believe this is true.  Just reminds me of that shitty MTV show Sweet 16.
