So I got two game systems this week. My friend kickstarted the Ouya, so he got his console yesterday. I got a Wii U today, and set both up.

The Ouya took 2 minutes
The Wii U took twenty because of syncing issues.

That's...kinda telling. :|

Note: Only got the Wii U because of birthday/back money. I'm hoping it goes the route of the 3DS in which it starts with no games but gets really good! Like the Shin Megumi/Fire Emblem crossover. YEAH.

Yep! It's ALMOST by the same guy (someone else wrote the story for it, but he helped code it on Verge). I know Grue personally, so it's a day one purchase to support him for me.

If you like Adventure Time check out Bravest Warriors. It's by the same guy, only it's on youtube. It features the best goddamn cute character ever, Catbug! Oh, and it has deep extensional moments like the main female character and her paralyzed but deep thinking horse.

Oh right! MLP! I tried to find good MLP pics, but instead I found Jem from Jem and the Holograms. I think I did something wrong. :(

Anyway, my gifts were 'light' (but not really) this year but I was expecting that since the 'rents helped pay a bit of a down payment on my new house. I ended up getting them pretty good gifts this year. My dad got a 6 moth subscription to spotify and my mom got a 6 month subscription to ancestry.com (she's asked for that for at least 3 years) and now that I have an okay paying job, I can afford it.

I got towels! (so need towels) a recipe book, ramen bowls from crate and barrel, homemade jewelry from mom, and a lanyard for school. Oh! And PJs. Not bad at all! :)

No games, but my folks haven't really bought games or tech for me for years.

Finished Persona 4 Golden yesterday. Got the True ending with the extended epilogue. Now I'm debating what to play next.

I did get FFIV for iOS. I forgot how sexyawesome Kain's voice is.
