Lunar. Lunar has been ported waaay more than CT. GAME OVER MAN, GAME OVER.

Seriously though, CT is awesome. Glad the android gang can get in on it.

I'm not wearing any makeup, bitches! <3

If I do wear makeup, I go pretty light. Foundation, powder, blush, a little bit of concealer, light brown eye shadow, lipstick. I've found dark eye shadow makes me look insane.

Thanks to Neal for the Cinder's review. I took his word and bought the game and it's surprisingly pretty good! It's nice to play a Cinderella who isn't passive as hell (unless you want her to be).

I can't go into extreme detail, but on Friday I evacuated my class from my classroom because one of my students went into such a violent tantrum I feared for the kids safety. Ah, the joys of special ed!

Long story short: Kid is totally in the wrong class for his disability. He's severly autistic. Parents can't accept it...and so the blame falls on us. Maybe.

Chill, 'fanners. When you have kids or teach kids, you do become a little judgmental.

That's why I switched to teaching adults.

And admittedly, that's a good reason!

Depends on your platform.

Liked Ys? You'll love Ys: Oath of Felghana.

Have a PC? Get Ys Origins.

Have a wii? Get Last Story or Xenoblade. Hell, if you're willing to mod your Wii even Pandora's Tower is a maybe own.

Have an Iphone/IPad? Get Final Fantasy Demensions, the Chaos Rings series, or Vay. (Actually, I think FFD is on Andriod too)

Have a PSP? Get Growlanser, Grandia, Unchained Blades, or Disgaea 3.

ANY Persona game. No really.

For Nintendo DS/3DS, Radiant Historia and the Devil Survivor games.

That's...quite a lot!

Kids get suspended for mimicking gun battles? Like, invisible gun whilst making "pow-pow-pow" noises?

Poor kids.

I was never big into guns as a kid, but invisible sword/lightsaber battles were common. :P

Yep! Zero-Gun/Weapons policy. We mostly just SERIOUSLY warn them at my school. I have heard of suspensions over it, though. And admittedly, the kid was 'shooting' at random kids in a 'not playtime' kind of way.

Chill, 'fanners. When you have kids or teach kids, you do become a little judgmental. In a good way.

I'm of the mindset the outside tv thing is redneckish but not horrible. Now a 9 year old playing a MA game...No. Just no. I already have kids mimicking gun battles based off stuff they saw on TV and they get suspended for it. Half just don't know any better.

You don't need to show your kids MA games, parents. YOU REALLY DON'T.

ib4 "Really Lucca Facts" meme about Lucca's extreme feats of manliness.

...I kinda wish that would happen. I'd laugh.

I'm double jointed and can bend my fingers back! HARDCORE!!! (Okay, I'll stop now)

Actually XIII-2 is fairly similar to CT at it's blueprint level. Jump the timeline, get a new macguffin/character related to the big bad, learn a tiny bit about the big bad, jump to a new timeline. Rinse and repeat until end game.

CT just does it better because there are actual 'time line changing events' besides a change in background coloration.

At least CT had an ENDING!

*badadum!*

CC...well...uh...that's a different story.

Also, the truth about Noel hurts. But he's STILL better than Lightning!

Yesterday my foot got dislocated during a massage (My feet dislocate at least once a year due to my dwarfism) and I popped it back into place myself. No ER. No tears. No fancy schmancy shit. Just popped that toe back in. I'm HARDCORE!

Now this is a superiority complex. I pop in toes better than you!
43  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Squeenix teases 13-3? on: September 01, 2012, 06:27:54 PM
Just the fact the title of the game is 'Lightning Returns!" makes me want to hit squareenix with a 2 by 4. REALLY Square? You're that original?

I, like everyone else, will be glad when this trilogy is over, because Lightning is not that great of a character. Hell, I wish the main character was Noel. I'd get behind that...and he's just okay.

To SE's credit, the entire world seems to be different so I'll hold off total judgement until we get more info.

So is anyone playing Final Fantasy Demensions? It's amazingly not that bad! Expensive...but not that bad!

DELICIOUS CAKE!

Also, this is funny if you know the game show:
