Watched Cowboy Bebop "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" again, this time Sunday night on the Sci Fi Channel. Pleasant surprise to come home to after a weekend away. Seems fresh after not seeing it for a while

Wait. Syfy's doing the whole anime thing again? WTF!?!

I think I'm the only person in this world who shrugs the series off with an "it's ok".  I'm supposed to like it though... but for some reason, it didn't click.

.... >_<

On the other hand, I love having breasts of my own.

Da fuk. I still don't understand.

My dad saw a scab on my back from some cut.  He decides to put his finger on it and ask what it is and how it happened.  To this day, I still wonder why he'd put his finger on a cut, and I can never come up with a good reason.

I was worried I was racist at one point, actually.  Till I realized I hate a little bit about ALL races.  Myes, even h-whites.

IIRC, dev team said they developed boss battles first, yeah?
Certainly seems to show...  Looks interesting to say the least.  I wanna shout "ZELDA COMPETITOR", but I might make someone mad and all "NUH UH, ZELDZ IS DA BREst!!!" or however fans talk.

Whatever, I liked watching that demo more than fighting Imprisoned 3x.

I could shout righteous indignation at the odd proportions of the character designs, especially that of the near-naked Amazon, but I'll admit, I checked out the witch's behind a little longer than I should have.

As long as the gameplay is better balanced than the character designs' body proportions, we're good.  The unbalanced nature of Odin Sphere got to me.  Cornelius's final chapter in Odin Sphere was stupidly unbalanced.

The Amazon is a bit much, the witch is obviously designed to be ridiculous as well, and the guys are way more proportional -- so the designs aren't exactly my favorite either.  But I think it'll be all about the end product.  I can't wait for a side scroll beat-em'-up... It's been WAY too long (I'm already anticipating it as something I'll spend a lot of hours playing co-op).
6021  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Tetsuya Nomura hints at possible sequel to The World Ends With You on: April 20, 2012, 03:26:29 PM
Not much of a hint, nothing to get excited about anyways (even if, it'll still be YEARS off).
But this was quite the game, and I think a welcomed sequel for a lot of people.  I wouldn't mind a current gen system version for sure (I LOVED the actual clothing brand equipment system haha -- it was so different!)... and I hope it involves a WEE bit less multi-tasking (two character battles were chaotic). ^ ^;;;

Also...
Rhyme didn't speak??  Huh... been a while since I played, I guess.

If I was awake at 3am, I would have totally been able to lend an ear.  I'm here for ya later, palzee. :(

I'm just glad we finally got some news, I was pretty worried when I saw it taken off our pre-orders list at work. D:

This made me bust a fucking gut.

Oh yeah.  This episode is no-no-notorious amongst the Narutard community for it's seeeriously terrible animation.  I always wonder if the animators get tired of drawing so much... I think that confirmed it.... and they're stoned.
6026  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Project X Zone - The Namco X Capcom sequel on: April 19, 2012, 11:00:41 AM
IIRC, Namco Bandai is handling most of this game, so it'd be in there hands if it comes here.  In other words; it won't be coming here. :P

Here's what you do:

Take a picture of the whole thing when it first appears. When each turn comes around, remember the quote and pause the game, then use your photo as a reference. Trying to play it 'normally' is infuriating.

I was called "dishonorable" for using that method by the peeps at the Offishal Tales Forum.
I didn't give a fuck.

I'll stick with Scotch Whiskey.

I'll also not eat haggis made from a sheep fucked by one of you

I'm gone a few hours... how did we get to this?
