I'm not entirely sure a large pepperoni pizza can in fact feed a family of four anymore.

It can.  But is anyone really satisfied with just two slices (eventhoughthatsprobablyallyouSHOULDeat).

Hmm.  I remember my crazy diet days, fuck, I lasted on really little food.  It worked, I'm sure my body took a hit though.  I'd do stuff like cereal breakfast, wait 8 hours with tiny piece of fruit in between, then two slices of pizza (or whatever dinner).  Not nutritious, but by calorie levels, I'm sure I kept under the 2,000 mark easily.

These days, studying in uni, if I don't eat then my brain won't let me study.

...where was I?

Whaaat

Episode 5 was probably the funniest.  It lacked "real" plot-driven content, but probably got the most chuckles out of me.  Gonna watch Ep 6 tomorrow though. so I'll see if I agree or just generally hate everything about your opinion (I actually thought 4 was pretty weak).

Meanwhile, Spring Anime Chart is up.  ... I'm just gonna wait for word of mouth before I try these titles though. >__>

there is one going off on ebay for roughly 50.... maybe i should jump on it...

I saw a $60 for a used on Amazon... still I wanna grab it.

I heard they're making an HD one.... why no new info?????  WHAT A TEASE D:

Obv.  Skies for sure, even if the game gets repetitive and too easy by the end (You can easily buy full HP recovering items by the end of the game).

Now, since we ALL know Skies: FEENA or AIKA?

I love the obnoxious use of voice samples.

Maribelle: My flower died, can you talk to it Henry? [voice: Aww]
Henry: Nope, only living things [voice: SO LONG SUCKER].

Tharja: So [voice: Pretty much]
Gaius: What? [voice: Yuup]

Avatar: ... [voice: Hey].

I think it would have been better to voice it all (especially major cutscenes), or just do the classic "Zelda-style grunts".

I'm also trying to finally level up Donnel, the simple'tard.  The only way I found it possible was when I forged his bronze spear like crazy, then he finally became somewhat effective.  I hear he's a tank later on though.

NOPE.  Nintendo decided to artificially boost sales with a ton of Mario games and Donkey Kong remake.  Ah well, at least peeps will be happy with official date for Animal Crossing, I know lots of peeps will be happy with that.  ...not me. I don't really get AC.

I was really hoping for some 3rd party support.

I like how all of us are playing FE.  I'm just playing and marrying them all so I can get cool characters.

ALSO.  Another Nintendo Direct press conference tomorrow.  If it's anything like the last one, I'll be excited.

I see psycho pass as an anime doonsbury.

Tell her you're a doctor-man?  And her subsequent, "Oh, you are?"  HEYO!

Congrats on the weight loss; I feel like a lot of peeps at the Fan have done so -- and good on them!

Fucking kids chapters are brutal.  I gotta "rescue" (the spell) their asses half the time because they forget they're in a Fire Emblem game where 1HKO's happen more often than I get hungry in a single day.

The game's plot also reminds me of that South Park episode where people from the future start coming to the past to look for work (and all this flirting in the game has me thinking of the big orgies that, unlike South Park where big gay orgies meant to stop the future population crisis, we're helping it on.

Anyways, Orwin is awesome; probably got it from dad, because the mum sucks beans.

I absolutely loved Legend of Dragoon. I thought it was too harshly criticized by critics back in the day and I still think that. Luckily Neal liked it too haha.

I love Neal for that.  If it's niche, chances are he's played it and loved it.  Everyone needs that type of fan to counter the popular/overtalked about opinion.  I count on Neal as a "hidden gem" finder at times.

I agree, I'm glad we have Neal for finding those unknown and unloved gems. :)

That said, I hated Legend of Dragoon, but at least I beat it. Hated the music (most of it), hated the combat, hated the characters, but I still beat it because IT WAS BIG FOUR DISC RPG ON PS1 HELL YEAH.

But still, I know lots of people did like it, so I'm glad Neal was able to show them some love.

Also, Jesters of the Moon is an awesome song. It works well both as a "quirky weirdos" song and a "these guys are creepy villains" song.

For RPGfan's sound guy, you have to admit the game was completely innovate for having its own MENU MUSIC.  Baller.
...I mean, it sounded like some shit you hear in a government building elevator, where it's sad and cold and boring to the ears, but it was there when no one else DARED. yea.

The Stig captured me feelings.  Ah well, at least it's still a summer release.

No. 6 is a futuristic/dystopia/utopian sci-fi yarn which delves into some nature vs progress areas all the while focusing a lot on two guys relationship. I guess part of the problem was it was somewhat all over the place for me. It couldn't decide if it wanted to be sci-fi, be a relationship show or be a commentary on society. In the end it somewhat lost what little direction it had, IMO. A shame, because I really enjoyed the first few episodes. And yes Dice you MUST watch Mushi-shi, I simply adore that show, Ginko is the bomb!

I always found if you're "interested" in an anime but can't get through it for whatever reason, it's best to jump ship to the manga which tends to progress quicker and with less bullshit (i.e.; filler) in between.

I got Mushi one net flicks, it caught my interest -- thanks for the heads up~! :D

I've been abusing the DLC maps in Fire Emblem and I feel bad about it. Poor Nanna...she can't even fight back.

I get sad playing that map because the characters make me feel like I"m missing out on something super cool
