I've dumped 300 hours into a single Pokemon title.

Give your avatar and the little blurb below it, I had a giggle from this. x)

We all agree Azkaban's the best, right?

I agree.  The director is one of 5 people I'd like to have a steamy affair with.

I know next to nada about Mass Effect other than the fact ME2 is in my drawer (backlog).

But Dicey got this for y'all...

And a happy [future] Valentines.

Don't these things taste the same to all of us?

I always think that ISN'T the case because of how some people people loath the same food that someone else loves.  Some people could live off, say, Pasta, and some people just can't stand the stuff.

...Not me though.  I love it.

You go, podcasters!  I've finally started listening in, I'm ashamed to say it took this long, but I do like.

Would like to see more and hope The 'Fan keeps growing too.

This is why FFIX is the best FF:

<Zidane> WOE IS ME GARNET IS MARRYING SOME OTHER GUY I HAVE NO WILL TO LIVE TIME TO DRINK MYSELF INTO A COMA.

<Freya> Zidane quit being such a goddamn putz.

<Zidane> Good point.

And then Zidane quit being such a goddamn putz and was rewarded for his efforts with bountiful pussy.

Aw, such a happy ending....!

My first post in the leaky cauldron!

How thrilled I am!  I recently picked up the New Galt Cook Book (1898)... A priceless piece of Canadian literature of cookery!

I look forward to trying this one tonight!

Especially wonderful is the chapter on how to prepare fresh 'game'.  Why, the hunt has been wonderful this season!

One nice thing about the Twilight Films is that it makes watching the climax of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire repeatedly quite enjoyable.

You saying that makes me think Im not alone in disliking that one the most, ja?
6489  Media / Anime, TV, and Movies / Re: The Twighlight Saga Breaking Dawn on: January 26, 2012, 05:40:27 PM
I always felt bad for the director of the first film. I was forced to watch it with a friend, and the cinematography was genuinely special.

I got the impression she wanted to make a good visual film despite being sacked with a horrible script.

And bad acting... bad... bad.... fucking horrid acting.
Why the hell wasn't that foxier, happier brunette vampire made the lead?

I might be the only man on earth that enjoyed Tetra Master more than Triple Triad. Then again, I played FFVIII when the game was already was like 6 years old and I think that really damage my entire imagine of that game at the time.

...

Nah! FFVIII is lame. :T

Triple Triad annoyed the fuck out of me by the end.  You either get really good cards or get cleaned out in seconds.  Some of the rules were made to screw you in the bum last minute.
6491  Media / Miscellaneous Games / Re: Next 10 years of Mega Man being discussed by "Top Men" at Capcom on: January 26, 2012, 05:36:07 PM
Capcom used to be my favorite game company... they're reaallly lost their way.  The took whatever charm they had and traded it for a money-machine.

I'm worried about the series' that have been killed off.  Really, the only faith I have in them is whatever portable releases they do.

EDIT:
Oh...my god....

Van: Chicago doesn't have street vendor's the way NYC does at all. There are some hot dog guys around and a billion mexican ladies that sell various fruits and these weird mango things (the mexican fruit people rule hard in the summer) but for a good dog you're better off hitting a stand.

We've slowly been getting a wave of food trucks, like nyc, but they're aren't allowed to prepare food on them because of some law they're trying to change.

Hot dogs are disgusting in general. They are both gross. I haven't eaten one since I was a kid. I DO eat Bratwurst and Italian sausage on occasion, though. I tend to only put ketchup on them.
Mustard is one of the most disgusting things ever, and I don't understand how anyone can eat it. Plus, I'm with Star on the "growy things". Onions and tomatoes are nasty. I prefer my tomatoes thoroughly smashed up into a delightful sauce for pasta.

You have the palette of a 9 year old, congrats! :)

Chewing on onions is narsty...  They taste good when really nicely diced up, but chunka' onions?  Bleh
I got food poisoning from tomatoes (might have been the eggs that did it... but the aversion jumped to the Tomato Ship).  I like tomatos in most other things.

Meh.  Some people just have simple palettes I guess.  At least, maybe, for certain foods.  I get burgers like that, I like actually tasting the meat haha

There is, however, this one $30-50/plate restaurant I rarely go to... hot hell, the food there uses ingredients everyone knows, but the flavour is something so unique that it's unlike anything I've never tasted before. x)

Also mustard?  Not bad....  Honey Mustard?  Wooooaaagh♥♥

I vote coming to Scotland!

Dude, I SO want to go to Scotland. I've heard so many good things about it. And they (You!) have castles! I want to visit castles all around the world. Too bad I don't have the money for it, or the desire for traveling on an airplane.

Then go by boat. It's more expensive, but it is an option. The worst part of air travel is getting through the gate.

Yeah, I'd kill to go to Scotland.... x)

Goosey, would you let me crash on the couch? ...or doghouse?  T_T
... or at least know a safe dumpster?  D:
(haha I think I'd spend all the money getting down there, afterall)

Sometimes people just need a break. Is a vacation a viable thing for you? I know you're a poor college student, but getting out of your routine and going/doing something new would be great for a week.

I'd totally dig to vacay alone... just get out of my head and place for a bit.

Hell, it's great Fan-ers here are all over the map, I'll come visit you all and expect a tour of nothing but the BEST restaurants!!!

While I don't agree with your stance on hotdogs (sausages are yummy though, we agree there), I usually just do plain, jane ketchup.  It's nice.

Watched Les Choristes.  Beautiful music, as you may have guessed.  I'm glad I finally watched it.  Definitely a better tale than Dead Poet's Society.

Watched 50/50 as well.  Great flick and knows how and when to borderline funny and hurting.  Great performances from everyone.
