And penis-like.  Sorry... it was the only descriptor missing.

There's actually a genus of mushrooms called Phallus.

Oh shit there's an entire order of them fuuuuuck http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phallales

The idea of playing a video game where you simulate living is...just weird. Seriously, I've never understood the appeal of these games.

I played The Sims for the first year it came out.... loved the music.  Then, yeah, I realized I was simulating cooking and cleaning...with stupid people who pee'd on the floor if they weren't guided properly.  I moved on quickly.

I do however miss one simulator: Roller Coaster Tycoon.  God that was fun!!

Annie looked soooo much hotter without the anal-student look.  Of course, it took a Western episode to do it.  Sawyer from Lost looked absolutely gorgeous, awesome cameo too.

Warren Buffet, investor, with a net worth in the billions, is said to be on the season finale of The Office!!!!!  WOW.  What an amazing mix and cameo for a rich man at a poor and crappy paper company. x)

And penis-like.

two female

New carpet is better, and, joke not intended, it actually does match the drapes.

I thought I told you that you were to stop speaking to Demon Princess Kay? She is a bad influence on you.

Though that nerd does seem very...um...I dunno the word.

Aw cut me slack, I cleaned dog poop for over half an hour and dropped $100 on a carpet I shouldn't have needed to buy if I closed my door. >=/

Two female symbols and a nerdy fella was just an interesting combination I couldn't have saw coming.

I'm fascinated by mushrooms. They look so untrustworthy and alien.

Not a fan of eating them though. They're ok in certain things, pizza not being one of them.

And penis-like.  Sorry... it was the only descriptor missing.

I don't like them either, they have that weird ass pungent smell, it does nothing for me.  My mum loves them -- it tears me up when it comes to ordering pizzas.

In terms of "whats the haps", yesterday I had a customer that was nerdier than anyone here (I assume?).  Then man went on, and on, about Everquest.  You know those nerds that just yak on, and you have 0 invested interest in what they're talking about?  In fact, you don't even make eye contact, yet they still talk like they got the best thing to say ever.  It get better.  Not to judge by appearances, buuut... he had a necklace with two female symbols on it, thick glasses, some anime shirt, I don't even know what was going on with his teeth, and talked about his wife (lolz, can't even imagine).  ...nice guy, but creeped me out.  Oh nerds.

Also, I had to buy a carpet because me sick pooch ...umm, sprayed something out her back-end all over my floor.  Not on the wooden part, of course, but the carpet.  New carpet is better, and, joke not intended, it actually does match the drapes.

I saw Thor too (did Canada get it a week later??)
I liked it!!  I'm in love with the lead, what a smile he has.  I'm in love.  Did I just say that?  Ah, bah!
It has it's issues, we all know what they are, but considering the script, mythic superhero in contemporary society and all that, they did a good job considering the kinda cheesy-pie fantasy.  .... if anything, I actually thought they could have done away with most of the IceGiants plot, they became so trivial by the end.

So, uh, there are rumours flying around that heavenly sword 2 is being produced. I've been thinking about how god of war 3 has been out for over a year and nobody knows what the folks at SSM have been doing all this time.
You know what? It makes sense.
NT are busy with DMC
Sony owns the HS IP.
SSM are obviously very familiar with the hack'n slash genre.
HS running on the gow3 engine could be pure win.

Not gonna lie, a Heavenly Sword 2 running the God of War engine would be fucking amazing.

Agreed, that would be awesome! I thought Heavenly Sword was very under rated.

I wouldn't call it underrated.  I would say it came out at a time when the console was new and cost twice as much.  Also, it was super short.  But hey, I'll take another dose.
6833  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: Games are now officially recognized by the U.S. Government as art on: May 08, 2011, 11:52:23 PM
Games Now Legally Considered an Art Form (in the USA):

The US National Endowment for the Arts now considers videogames eligible for artistic funding, legally recognizing them as an art form.

Read the article here.

Shit just got real.

About goddamn time.  Very little staddled them away from movies by this point (mileage varies with that too).  But I'm glad!  Lots of talent goes into their development, now more than ever.

This just in, Ashe's outfit still makes no fucking goddamn sense.

Btw, TitS question. Is it worth getting all the side-quests done, or can some of them like the hidden quest over at the second tower be skipped safely?

I liked Ashe's outfit at first... not so much the "Squeenix size skirt", but it looks okay. Two things it tells me though: she has floppy titties, and she has thick thighs and ass.  Befitting of a princess who sits all day?  Design wise, the only thing that reallly bothers me is the weird high-sailor collar.  It just looks silly.

As for Tits, it's best to do Quests almost as soon as they come, they do become missable as the chapter goes on.  I think the only hidden quests I did were the ones at the school. =/  They were either too hidden for me, or I just stopped speaking to NPCs when the rest of the did enough chatting.

I got a real pooch for that.  So Nintendogs wouldn't really fly with me.  I love my fuzzy, dumb, food whore, stinky mutt.   ....mind you, at least those pups can go on forever.  Mine's a fat little dog.  She walks and gets tired.
6838  Media / Miscellaneous Games / Re: Catherine from Persona team on PS360 on: May 07, 2011, 01:35:30 AM
but no Dice.

I found an interesting response to why they found Kat hotter than Cat.  Anyone agree?
To paraphrase, they liked Kat better because she technically looked more real, while Cat looks a lot like a common anime hip-n-happy chick would.

Absolutely nothing wrong with being in touch with your masculinity enough to admit this, for instance I feel safe saying I bet you are a fine looking man :) and for that matter I  look in the mirror and think the same thing...wait, that might be conceitedness...but whatever :)

Stop hitting on Yoda :[

That's my job.

I knew it....!!!  If Yoda was gay, eh?

Don't make me drudge up that conversation you two had that I compared to two exotic animals doing a courting ritual!

this is when I knew I'd love this site

I feel like I'm missing...er, rather I've forgotten something.  The point is: I think we're all gay for Yoda.  If RPGfan were a living entity, it'd blush.

I think I'd even be happy if XSeed only translated Second Chapter and didn't bother bringing out the 3rd one since that one seems like an epilogue or more of a side story with the series actually ending  at SC, if it meant that they could bring out Zero and Ao no Kiseki to the US.

I actually would be kinda "ok" with that, especially if it means we get Zero.  I was kinda put out by the fact the 3rd starred two different people and let Estelle and Joshua take the backseat.

If they didn't bring over 3rd, we'd be missing out. See, according to my sources, 3rd isn't just an epilogue; in a way is that, but at the same time, it's more then that. It takes the action away from Liberl for the first time, and focuses more on the big picture as opposed to just Estelle and Joshua's story, and while it isn't part of the Zero/Ao stuff, it does set the stage for them, introducing various characters, concepts, and plot elements that would take prominence in those later games. So no, we shouldn't just skip on 3rd.

I meant mostly in terms of a supposed "compromise".  ...that, and hoping the 2nd doesn't end on a cliffhanger like that last....
