I don't know. The latest hint actually looks like its from the Atlus logo.

Pretty much all of them do.

And I found out yesterday that my parents are bringing the European version here for my birthday.

Wasn't Gamespot the site that criticized Metroid Prime 3 for having controls that were too good? They seem to have a kind of warped perspective with Wii games.

I'm enjoying it a lot, but I seem to have really low standards. I've also never seen or read any Fate/Stay Night media before. I might now.

Part of the reason for the delay between regions might be (at least for North America and Europe) might be the PAL NTSC difference. Vagrant Story runs visibly differently after all.

It's on the PSN for 25 dollars.

I think Z.H.P. only has one per game file, but it's a roguelike so yeah.
204  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Fate/Extra on: November 03, 2011, 07:07:37 PM
I bought it yesterday night. It has any number of save files. I like it so far. It's superficially like the Persona games, but in structure, it's actually pretty different.

Microsoft apparently has a policy that would prevent that. Simultaneous release, or it doesn't go on the Xbox at all.
206  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Suikoden Topic on: October 20, 2011, 11:29:20 AM
Ah, Konami. They wish their JRPGs were like everybody elses....*sigh*

Almost a funny thing to say given the overall high acclaim the 2nd and 3rd title get...

I almost feel like there is a formula for a PERFECT rpg in the Suikoden universe and gameplay style -- but they're good at mucking it up, or at the very least, putting 70% into what they do than the full 100.

At least they aren't taking the Idea Factory/Compile Heart route of jamming as much moe as possible into a game.
207  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky on: October 19, 2011, 11:41:12 AM
At least they do seem to have started working on it.
208  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Anime to game adaptations we may never see... on: October 18, 2011, 02:51:24 PM
The Brave Story franchise did pretty well. Book into Movie which was a pretty good adaptation into multiple games. We only got Brave Story New Traveller, but its pretty good as well.
209  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Valkyria Chronicles 3 not coming to US and Europe, Sega blames you on: October 17, 2011, 04:35:18 PM
Kind of, but it's always nicer to have a physical copy of something because A) you don't need to worry as much about hard-drive space, B) you don't need to worry about the server going down for some reason and C) going out and buying a physical copy of something has a better feeling than just buying it off the internet because you put that much extra effort into the purchase.

Oh, and in terms of premium editions, I concede your point about soundtracks, but some people want posters so they can put them up on a wall, and what about the figurines that tend to come with special editions in Japan, and some American games? There's no good equivalent for downloadable copies.

Ultimately, it would just result in a bunch of fans accusing the company of being cheap.

They're under the Only on PSN link on the store's first page. When you get there, there's a PS2 classics link. The games are under there.
