I think every PSP game unless otherwise stated is a PSN download as well, because of the Go. The only non PSN game I can think of after the Go came out is Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, and I have no idea why that is.

The Idea Factory crossover games almost always come out over here for some inexplicable reason, and the only other games of the same type as Dissidia that I can think of is Tales of Vs. which was very unlikely to be released anyway because of Namco Bandai's apparent policies. The third one is that Falcom designed one, and I think that one is more because Falcom isn't really a huge name here and Xseed has their hands full with Falcom's other games.

Even the Final Fantasy games with issues like XIII and Dirge of Cerberus are released here. I think the only exceptions are Final Mix type stuff, which this is not, and the cell phone games, which are because of technology issues. It's pretty likely it'll be released here regardless, even if its just a PSN game.
EDIT: I actually meant Final Fantasy XIV.

I personally find Namco Bandai's policies annoying, but it's less that they don't release any Tales games, and more that they refuse to release the 2d games for no clear reason. The last 2d game they released was Tales of Eternia (Destiny II) in 2000 and they never tried again aside from Nintendo basically forcing a localization of Tales of Phantasia for GBA which was frankly a rather bad port.

Well, at least Gamespot is consistent. The Persona 1 remake got the exact same score. Odd though, since there were improvements to the gameplay mechanics for Persona 2.
