All I used to do is read. Read read read. Now? I'm lucky if I can finish one a month.

It's not really similar to Fire Emblem at all, I don't know why he told you that. :P

It IS still an awesome game though.

I think its best if we just leave it now. It's obviously not something based on the rational and thus fruitless to try and pick apart.

No, it's too paradoxical. But I think Jubby is just taking the "I'd rather not think about it" route, rather than leaning one way or the other.

Seems like we are playing Schroedingers God here.

Okay, here are some definitions that I think are correct:

Atheist: Anything supernatural does not exist. If it can be proven, it is part of the natural.

Agnosticism: Either it is currently unknown, or it is absolutely unknowable.

Woah, almost got trapped into this old religion argument again. SO not going there, I don't know what possessed me. xD

Well, that just sounds like agnosticism to me, or even atheism. An atheist isn't going to deny God if it were proven, right? Any good atheist isn't going to say God doesn't exist just because that's what he believes, that's just as irrational as believing the alternative. A mixture of common sense, probability and objectivity is going to land you to that conclusion.

P.s: There are always answers, they just may not be satisfactory.

I'm genuinely interested in the notion of not believing in anything. If atheism is the disbelief in the supernatural, you don't believe you exist, in any sort of form at all?

Not poking fun, I actually want to know.

Of all the religions in the world, the Jewish faith is one of the few that allows for atheists within it. Stick by your guns, in time you may feel warmer towards your heritage, you may not. The fact is teenagers DO have phases and they are VERY SERIOUS about them at the time, but grow up to feel a bit daft. I'm not saying this is one of those cases, but parents can find it difficult to figure out which is which.

That sounds awful Kevadu. :( Being in pain is the worst (duh) especially when it is recurring (double duh). I hope you feel better soon and that your damn doctor gets off his lazy ass and treats you.

Speaking of Game of Thrones, last nights episode was awesome.

I read the books, so I knew it was coming, of course. But they did it well.

Looks like I win this thread. Or lose. Whatever way you are interpreting it.

Also, when I was younger I thought the static electricity from old televisions when you turned them off was radioactive and should not be touched.

Awh, I promise we will have a better date when we see each other again, Yoda ;)

This may seem a bit sick, but it kind of relates to your phone thingy. When my great grandmother died, my mum cleaned out her house and I found my grandmothers cellphone in one of the boxes. I took the phone and sent my mum a text from it, so it would show up her name. It said "throw out the chair it gave me back ache".

Mum freaked out and told the family about her text from the beyond. I felt bad when I had to let it known that it was me all along.

Thanks, Pat! The current plan is running around Glasgow for a bit then heading back to my place to bake cakes and do some gaming. :D She is bringing her friend as well, so two new people.

Nuri, you are a reading MACHINE. Sure I read the last harry potter book in less than 24 hours, but DAMN, a whole trilogy in like, a few days?

I resent being compared to Benedict Arnold.

Perhaps I am gaining intelligence from the other side, did you think of that? :P
