Learned how to do air team combos. Boyfriend learns how to block them.

Cry a little.

Anyway, this will probably only apply to some of you

While I don't have a car I DO love me some illicit disabled handicap parking pace impromptu micro-raves.

Why am I never invited?

I don't drive a car either, but sometimes I push shopping trollies into the spaces to make up for it.

Is it definitely an anime, or are we still just speculating here?

Just watched Legend of the Guardians. I thought it was cool. Very pretty, and the voices suited the owls well. I liked how you could tell each owl apart very easily because they were all very distinctive. The plot was very reminiscent of a typical JRPG plot actually.

All in all, I liked it.

My best [childhood] friend was a sore for that.  Sometimes she'd stay the extra day after a sleep over and just be a pain in the ass.  One thing I loved though, was as a kid she was moody, when her mum came to pick her up, she did so literally while she was still sleeping, then she'd wake up crying "NOOoooOOOOoo".  To this day, she still hates her house.  Unfortunately, she did it while wearing bleach blond, red lipstick, and black as night eyeliner.  You rebel, you.  She is one of the single-child, rich kids who hates her parents; it's a bloody category, I know a bunch of rich kids that just seem to hate their home life.  Nothing made that more clear than when I asked, "What are you doing this Summer?", she says, "Oh... we're going to Europe...again" (poor little rich girl, huh?  =/  ).

All I picture in my head is her mums car driving away, while a girl who looks like her face is melting waves pathetically at you from the rear window, while you try and contain your joy.

Had my best friend staying over for the last 5 days, which was fun. Though he is practically like another limb, as he never leaves my side. Which makes surfing the net a bit weird, since I hate people looking over my shoulder as I type. So yeah, it was radio silence while he was here. But I am back now.

Until the 20th. Because my boyfriend has asked him to babysit me while he is away for a week because I can't be trusted in the house by myself apparently. I AM OFFEND.

Square barely change anything when they release their Final Fantasy games on a million different devices. The remake for Persona 2 is well needed and deserved, Persona 3 added a female protagonist (that actually mattered story-wise) and improved gameplay. It's hardly the same as just doing it half-assed and just milking it for the money.

I'm not saying that they aren't doing it to boost sales, but at least they make it worth it.

I hate laugh tracks -- I personally find something is wrong if you need a laugh track to perpetuate humour (mind you, some shows to well with, but I hold in higher regard the ones that do without).

Curious about this show now though.  Brit humour is highly underappreciated.

YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE IT CROWD YET?

Seriously though, it and Black Books are worth your valuable time.

I actually suggest Black Books before the IT Crowd , but thats just me.

Picked up Star Wars: Galactic Battle grounds for the PC in a charity shop! :D

I loved this RTS when I was younger - I wonder how it holds up
2967  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: If you could show any game to a younger "You" .... on: April 07, 2011, 08:21:36 AM
I'm pretty much happy with what I played when  I was younger funnily enough.

To be honest, younger me would be more surprised that it's only ten years away from time travel, and it's so cheap anyone can go back in time for trivial reasons.

Also, why would I waste my time on younger me? Fuck him. He's old news, I care much more about current me.

If you haven't seen Black Books please check that out. I don't think there was a bad episode at all.
