I'm playing Persona 4 again just now, I gave up on Strange Journey a while back. It's a really solid game, the dungeons were just to long for me. I would have to switch them off after getting nowhere, then pick it up the next day completely forgotten not only what I was doing and where I am, but also which demons I had and what they did. Maybe that's just bad memory on my part though.
Talking about Persona 4 though...this game makes me want to eat Chinese every time I play it. Even though it's set in Japan, the only Japanese food you see is sushi, and I am not fond of that. Though you do spend a good amount of time at the Chinese diner eating a never ending bowl of meat which I wish was real.
I also want to try a Steak Croquette. Dunno what it is or looks like though. All I know is that it is apparently delicious and has healing properties.

I would like to point out that the last time I went to a jail in Louisiana, I saw three or four inmates watching DuckTales on a tiny television. I suppose things change over time. :P What were you in for? Oh, it's the same old story: boy meets girl, girl pisses off boy, boy rapes girl's favorite pet at a busy intersection. Oh, that all? At least it wasn't something strange or perverse.

Yeah I mean the PS1 games. I didn't even know there were any other kind.
I only mentioned it because I found a box of PS1 games from my childhood and Crash Bandicoot 3 was in it. Along with Psychic Force, Tekken 3, Digimon World and the Oddworld games

No. and I don't have any desire to either, even if it was in English. (I now see there are translations)
It's going to be pre-action anyway considering it's set before the actual events of the story - meaning it's just more walls of text explaining what should have been conveyed better in the actual game.
EDIT: I now read these were indented to be read before the game was released. Not sure how I feel about it anymore. It would have maybe been better to be more acquainted with the characters before hand, or maybe not. I just know I don't really plan on taking the time to read it.
