The Ugly:
That hentai i downloaded a few days ago was not what i was expecting. There are some things you can't unsee *shivers*

^The reason I do NOT watch hentai period.

The Good: I got a nice bonus today.
The Bad:  For some reason a bunch of billers did not debit my bank account  and are charging late fees.
The Ugly: The hell I am most likely going to have to raise tomorrow to get the above issue fixed.

The Jaguar was such an over hyped piece of trash.

I see costumes that I haven't seen before announced on the official blog of the game and it was posted recently, I remember reading that there is one custume that you can get if you are a member of the Square Enix Members service in Japan. Dunno if is really true or not though.

Anyways, someone posted this on GAF:

...and oh yeah, this. What the hell.

Lol, sily Japan and their fanservice /facepalm.

    1. Get a black cat.
    2. Take a really overexposed picture of cat.
    3. Invert colors in MSPaint

I did that with one of my black cats today.

I liked both Digital Devil Sagas  various dungeon music. Actually, the combined soundtrack is my favorite overall, with Nocturne coming in second.

Sweet Jesus, I forgot to consider that when "UMD-only" was mentioned - are they trying to piss people off or is it a matter of space??  Shame the PSP go looks and works all fancy...what a waste of so little can be played though..

I wonder. Having it on PSN means more potential ways for people to buy the game (and more revenue for Sony), so it's good from a publishing and console manufacturing standpoint.

However, it's not good for retailers, who were none too pleased about the PSPGo in the first place. They saw it as a sly attempt by Sony to cut them out. In that sense, I do wonder if publishers are making some key releases UMD-only to pacify retail and get shelf space (either for those specific games or for lower echelon ones that a retailer could live without). Until digital distribution overtakes brick-and-mortar, retailers will continue to have the upper hand.

Thats just horrible, sony is basically competing against  and canablizing itself in that case. o_O
So glad I never bought a GO

It's going to be interesting to see if these games do get a PSN release, due to PSP2 not having a umd drive but yet sony claims there'll be some level of PSP support on the PSP2.

I have a feeling that such a huge company has no idea what hands are scratching what.

Its pretty hard to believe that lot of things don't have a PSN release. Isn't that the whole point of the GO?  I really feel sorry for the people who bought that machine.
566  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: is it really that boring on: February 05, 2011, 06:41:25 PM
every time i try to play tales of vesperia with an hour i start to feel sleepy. so i ask this. is it really that boring or is something other than the gameplay causing it to bore me to sleep? maybe a certain pattern of colors? or maybe just the fact that non of the characters really click with me?

Didn't you make a thread like this before? o_O

Fuck my useless memory.  Wish I remembered, you know, useful things as good as I can remember random things.
Lol, amazing how time can change someone's opinion of a character. The past me  gave a somewhat favorable opinion of Estelle. I guess the bad Ai memories won out in the end :P
567  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: is it really that boring on: February 05, 2011, 06:16:46 PM
Estelle reminded me too much of Shirley from Legendia and that is not a good thing. I also did not like Karol at all. One of the most annoying child characters ever.

If you don't like the characters, besides the battle system. I can very easily see some people getting bored  with it. The soundtrack does not help matters either, its not bad just bland. I had blast with it but I also liked Yuri, Rita, Raven,Judith and their interaction with each other.
    569  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Xenoblade + The Last Story on: February 05, 2011, 12:57:59 PM
Those are numbers are actually pretty low....3rd birthday outsold it be over 30k copies in its first week.

A Square-Enix franchise sequel sold more than a new IP? Wow!

Last Story was not just any new IP.  Nintendo certainly has high hopes for it, so I am pretty sure they marketed the hell out of it.

I Hope it is released here. It  seems really interesting.
