The Emerald Shield got a house too ;)

Since the FC is pretty small and the small houses are getting bigger w/basement in the next patch, that's what we went with. Mandatory hot tub and all. Mist is awesome.

turns 6-9 of coil, a new type of tomestone, vanity system, more Hildibrand quest stuff that leads to fighting Gilgamesh.

uh

Hopefully more hairstyles for Elezen. :P

Anyway. The CT armour + Bravura Zenith is *really* badly lacking in accuracy. At least I'm done buying myth stuff for dragoon and can just get it for WAR now, and I'd still love that Dual Haken if I ever get back to practicing Titan EX. Currently trying to get gladiator to 22 for provoke, and it's honestly kind of boring to play at that level. Thankfully I just need one more dungeon + some hunting log stuff.

Pugilist is fun on the other hand. And I might continue with thaumaturge...

That Titan Extreme is quite something. Don't ever do it if you have lag.

I had a stretch in school where, while all my friends were writing finals I was playing Final Fantasy VI and eating lemon meringue pie a lot. (I was a music student with few finals.) I also associate Final Fantasy VII with cream soda floats, because my friend would come over and we'd play it til like 3 am and drink floats a lot.

I also recall a huge goldfish binge when I was a kid and finally beating the last world of Mario 3.

Didn't they fix the primal data center problems in the maintenance like two days ago? At least that's what I was hoping they were doing. :P

Working on coil, but my FC hasn't seen Twintania yet. Most of us are newish to the instance anyway, so it's still something to look forward to (and the drops). EX Primal progress is slow for me, Garuda still kinda sucks for melee and no one wants to use the 'Japanese method' apparently.

WAR relic is a work in progress. Got all the tank stuff from CT though.

So, I forgot to post this here, but it's on Steam and half price til like Tuesday. :) Bought it since I'm getting a computer soon. Yay!

When I get a PS4, I'm definitely transferring my PS3 version over to that anyway, since it's free and I totally want to craft (or gather) on my Vita, haha.

Since we're all posting pics! (Not that can you see my character well in that armet *'insert how do dragoons SEE anything' comment here*), Mike and I got our cactuar minions the other day. Took us long enough. =P

That robe and the BLM one also from CT are super badass. I like the onion armour, but already having the wyrm gear, which I love the most out of all the DRG options (that or vanilla AF), I'm not even taking it for vanity. I've just been rolling greed on tank gear.

The foestriker's stuff is a neat vanity alternative, though.

Nallo made the fan art of all of us staffers. I was ForeverZero/Schala/kanariya/I forget what else back then.

Titania was interesting. She met a guy in another IRC and kinda disappeared after that. We had a weird acquaintance-ship. She'd act like my BFF one day and totally aloof the next. The cute girl schtick was definitely much.

Fifth or sixth Ultima HM win last night. He starts to cast Ultima, and starts counting down.... we beat him after the log says '1'.  Never seen it that close.

In the win before that (10 minutes prior), I die to an unlucky run-in with Ifrit. Literally. Someone raises me, but despite plenty of time, I don't get healed before tank purge and.... well. Despite all that, I still got the Ultima striking ring at the end. ;)

No, I know the two attacks. Most of the time I panic when she doesn't show up in the middle and take a while to find where on the edge she is, but there has been at least two occasions where I have been just about 90 degrees from where she is and still gotten hit by it.

Yeah, I've gotten hit by it when trying to dodge it way early. Many times. That's a weird one. I could be 90 degrees off, like you, and I still eat the stupid charge. I've had some pretty bad lag before, but even Titan and Ifrit don't do that to me.

Sorry, I meant primal accessories for DRG. I actually haven't looked at WAR BiS yet, I'm still leveling. As I accumulate more tank gear (and do more primals/coil) I'll check it out.

Not sure what I want to level next. We have so many healers... maybe black mage. It's the only ranged DPS that interests me...

The primal EX weapon idea occurred to me as well, since the only reason I'd take the Holy Lance is for vanity. Unless the Allagan spear drops, the Gae Bolg Zenith is BiS, and it'd make more sense for me to get the axe. (And, that would work out nicely since i really like the WAR myth chestpiece.)

I get the allure of shiny things. See: Gae Bolg Zenith. ;)

Of course, that's if my primal EX progress ever picks up. Other than giving Garuda a shot after Coil earlier this week, I haven't been trying much with 'emp. Many distractions, like actually leveling war. :) I gotta get back to those since I want accessory drops from all of them.

People are funny when it comes to Pharos. Yes, it's hard, but it's not insane. In my last PUG group, the bard wanted to abandon duty after we beat the first boss, and this was without anyone dying at all before that point. They asked 'DPS too slow?' but they weren't too well geared and at one point during the boss I (melee) was stuck on the opposite side of his giant AoE - too far for even a gap closer. Anyway, the tank said we'll be fine, we dismissed the vote and kept going. Bard eventually DCed and we got a new one, cleared the dungeon just fine.

Funny enough, did another Pharos run with some people in my LS and we had all sorts of trouble with Siren....

I actually find Haukke easy now, but I've run it several times via roulette. I almost never get WP or AK anymore.

D, when you geared up WAR did you spend myth on relic Zenith first, or the chestpiece?
