After seeing the first part of TLS in Japanese and English I have to that I would really like to play this with Japanese voices and English subtitles.

Though, it seems that they changed some bits of the dialog for localization purposes. Which bothers me a bit but I'm not sure.

^Oh yes, I go to the area in where that the song plays when I'm reading a guide of the game. Easily one of the best tracks. (:

There was a new patch recently, read some things in other places but nothing official yet.

Another thing I love about FFXIII-2, and some wisdom they got from Doctor Who, "don't try to act like you know what you're talking about with time travel paradoxes". In the words of The Doctor, it's all just "Timey-Wimey stuff", similarly, Noel and Serrah basically say, "hell if I understand how all this works, but let's go with it." Fantastic!

Hope you get enough interest after finishing the main portion of the game to do the paradox endings, they are really well put together.

In my opinion anyway.

Edit: This song played in my head when I caught my friend drink my orange juice with their mouth on it.

Found this in the comments section in a playthrough of the game.

Code:
The narrator is Esther's husband. He speaks of Esther being killed in a drunk driving accident or a brake system failure. The drawings on the walls are scientific depictions of brake system failures and drunk driving. At the end, he says "come back" because you (Esther), are in a coma and the plug is being pulled, thus the BEEP at the end. Hope this helps with the confusion...

This aside Dear Esther is a fine experience.

I'm kinda bothered though with what people opinions are about this, mainly because there's always that guy that begins the inevitable debate of "See!? Video games are art!" and okay that's great and all but why video games have to be like something else? Is because people can't understand video games and they need other medium as an example to understand how great and profound the experience was?

More importantly, I wonder what was the game that started that whole debate in the first place.

There's a random piece of dialog from a random NPC in FFXIII-2 that said "Why do people like cats anyway?" and I stop playing for a second and said "You know, that's a very good question actually".

The mysteries of life and stuff.

Oh yeah, yeah... I remember reading about this last year on neogaf. I saw the entire original mod on YouTube and it was very interesting, but I didn't understand anything of what was going on.

Code:
And at the end you die, maybe... I suppose. I don't know.

Will see how this new version is though.

Too bad I don't have Wii. :( Been interested in The Last Story since it always reminds so much of FFIX in a way.

Think I'm stuck having to watch a Let's Play of it, better that nothing anyway.

Even after watching or reading so many horrible stuff in the Internet by accdent or curiosity I still get surprised how far can people react to some situations.

I guess I'll always have my innocence by my side, heh.

There's this thread in the Katawa Shoujo forums (you know, that VN with the disabled girls and what not) and one guy asked if people has started to watch anime more or less in the same style.

So, someone mentions Clannad and I start reading the entire story of it in Wikipedia and later saw two scenes of the series on YouTube, and... goddamn this is sad. I didn't thought that it was that kind of story.

Thought, I notice around the years that School Days was a big thing in the Internet that there started to appear a lot of series with some seriously sad or fucked up stories. Or maybe I had the epiphany that every anime ever made is like that (for the most part).
