taking a smaller role

He had a big role?  I thought he just marched around the office with a Master Sword and Hylian Shield and commanded folks sometimes.

He also flips tables when he gets mad.

3606  The Rest / General Discussions / Shigeru Miyamoto changing roles at Nintendo [Updated] on: December 08, 2011, 12:05:27 AM
"UPDATE: In a move that is perhaps unsurprising given the fact that Nintendo's stock dropped 2% following the spread of this story, Nintendo is now denying that Miyamoto's role is changing at all. The publisher sent out an official statement late last night to refute the quotes from the Wired story."

FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 Historia Crux & Field

I haven't really followed this game too closely but is that song from the game?

FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 receives high marks in Dengeki PlayStation:

This week’s Dengeki PlayStation once again has coverage on FINAL FANTASY XIII-2.

The good news is, the magazine has published their review. Dengeki typically has four reviews each score out of 100. While those numbers have yet to leak, we do know that the game has received an "S" rank, or the highest possible ranking given by the outlet.

The magazine has some other bits, including the possibility of characters like Sazh coming later on as DLC. The game's developers are quoted as saying, "FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 will continue after release."

Those who have a FINAL FANTASY XIII save file will be able to obtain an item that grants extra luck in the casino.

We'll have more as it comes in.

And FFXIII-2 scores 40/40 in Famitsu.

After many many weeks of perseverance I finally got the platinum trophy. I got in a bit of a problem getting all the rare weapons, I almost had to do a 5th playthrough to get the remaining ones but I was lucky enough to get the rest in the same playthrough.

I intend to play the game one more time to see a few things, but I guess that at this point I'll never see a Vagrant.

How old is South Park? Because I remember one game of N64 of the series. Kinda makes me feel old, heh.

Now that I've burn out of the game I think I have to say my final words to it. Is hard to say if this game was a good experience in retrospective thanks to the amount BS that the game has, for every thing that it does right the bad ones always look bigger no matter how good one part of the game was.

I seriously believe that the entire experience goes to hell the moment you reach Anor Londo because it only gets crazier after that point (and I'm not saying that in a good way). I also have to mention that in all of the 200 hours that I put into the game I never felt that the combat system was good, it didn't worked all that well in Demon's Souls either but here somehow is worse, maybe "janky" is the word I'm tryng to use here for the combat system.

Oh and the PvP is a mess full of backstabbing maniacs with no desire to have a real duel othe than spaming the shit of out one attack until you are dead.

With that said, I enjoyed my time with the game but I didn't really like it. And yeah I really don't see the future me buying a game like this again.

Eh, they got me. I'll probably buy it mostly for curiosity and the only way to enjoy this for someone who has played all the other games before might be seeing this as "an action game that happens to have the DMC name on it".

Besides, this looks way better than any modern Silent Hill game made nowadays. So that's something.

I manage to kill all the fuckers in my second playthrough. Go Pyromancy!!

With the new patch I notice yesterday that this brutes are faster and in the part of the ember they make you fight 5 of those huge skeletons at the same time instead of 2 in the older version... maybe the developers think that was too easy before. :T
