To Yggdrasil:

The areas after Ceaseless Discharge (seriously, they needed to translate that a bit better) are essentially the last part of the game.  They feature the toughest enemies and bosses.  After ringing the two bells you should see the gates of Sen's Fortress open.  It's the area right above the first blacksmith in the Undead Parish.  Hope this helps!

I did go back to Blighttown since I didn't have other choice after killing all the Taurus Demons.

Now I'm busy with the Sen's Fortress, Lautrec (who is the new Yurt) and exploring some more to get more souls for my weapons and what not. I also was able to get the material to do a divine weapon, so that's cool.

@ZeronHitaro: So you are experiencing lag with the controls? I've heard that not many people notice or has that problem. I haven't had any type of lag yet. But then again the animations and the lock-on system was always a problem in Demon's Souls if you didn't know how to control it well, now is worse in Dark Souls, but at weird as it is that's part of the charm of the game.

About some tips, like it was said before get yourself some Pyromancy skills and Kindle every bonfire you find (save that humanity for the bonfire). The rest is pretty much up to you and finding some random dudes to summon to help you out with some bosses or clearing an area.

Jesus, Playmanía is still around? I'm from Latin America but I read that magazine when I was beginning to take gaming seriously in the early days of the PS2 along with Hobby Consolas and many others magazines from Spain. Good times.

Fuck this. There's giant spiders, I hate spiders.

You must not play many RPGs then ;)

True, true... but is not because my phobia with spiders. Well maybe a little. :p

Either way, there's a demo for this? At least I would like to try it.

Well, thanks again to two random dudes I was able to finish the Blighttown section. I can see myself coming back there later since I left a chest locked without knowing what was in it, but eh, if I don't come back I'll see that later in NG+ for sure.

Right now I got stuck in the game, long story short is that somehow I manage to kill the Ceaseless Discharge in my first try (maybe he fall of a cliff?). And after that the game is just giving me one way to follow and is full of these Taurus Demons. I tried to fight against one of them but I barely have time to attack, but do I really have to fight againts all them or what I'm supposed to do?

Don't. Look. Behind. You.

I haven't clean my room in a few days, so... maybe there's one. Eww. :<

I'm in Blighttown now, this place is pretty much the new Valley of Defilement with the only difference that now is not the area itself that is disgusting but the enemies. I mean there's one guy that attacks you with the corpse he clearly has been eating... that's fucked up.

Also Pyromancy or any type of fire attack in this game is pretty useful like it was mentioned before in this thread, without it I wouldn't have been able to survive against those frogs and rats in the Depths. Hell, is my most used attack in Blighttown. Kindling and having a bunch of things that can heal you from poison is very helpful here too.

@Cyril: Thanks for the warnings. I hope I can get one of the Divine Weapons soon, I want to explore that place so bad. :p

More or less, I think.

I know that Japan has some pretty popular series with incest and what not but it always bothers me not the fact that the series has incest but when that becomes the main attraction.

Also. The description of the characters in the link that you left makes me mad, it's like every bad animu character in one series.

Oh well, here's a video of Albert Wesker.

I love all the animations that your character can do and learn for co-op. Some of the gestures are pretty hilarious.

Also, the giant ugly rat from the sewers came out of nowhere after me and scared me, next thing I know is that I run from where I came and somehow I fall off in a trap... after that some type of frogs with big eyes start to attack me with gas and they kill me.

So now I'm cursed and my life bar is halved. *sigh*

...oh and, what the hell is going on in the Catacombs?

Summoned two random dudes and they were pretty damn strong. The fight was over in less than a minute with the gargolyes.

Isn't it the one about the bro and sis that love each other or some shit?

What, Incest?
3793  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Dark Souls on: October 13, 2011, 03:30:25 PM
Destroyed the gargolyes with a +5 winged spear and pine resin. Was doing ~300 damage per hit. Took them down in no time!

Aah! I was just gonna ask about the gargolyes, I can do a decent damage with my Estoc +2 so I better keep upgrading that and buy some Pine Resin too.

Thanks.

From what series is this?

From Rhythm Heaven for the Wii... I can't tell if I hate it or love it.  I feel complicated.
Tekekeke desuka?

I'm still wondering how are they gonna translate that part.
