Congrats, but I have a strange feeling most of your time was spent watching the load screen.

No kidding, the enemy routes are pretty tricky to memorize. The DLC though has some of the hardest parts I've seen in a game that gives the option to be stealthy.

There's a trophy for finishing The Missing Link without using Praxis kits, weapons, or even explosives... that's pretty damn hardcore, but not impossible.

Finished DX:HR in the hardest difficulty without killing anyone and without getting detected, feels good! :D

I bought The Missing Link recently too so that should keep me entertained. That and trying to get the "Doctorate" trophy.

Is normal to feel irritated when you get scared? Because that's what I got after that lady went all Exorcist on me.

Still playing DX:HR and I got stuck in my head the Detroit and Tai Yong Medical ambient themes, the battle theme of The Hive is pretty damn catchy too.

Needless to say, playing this game with a decent pair of headphones is quite an experience.

Internet literature is a wonderful thing.

http://consumerist.com/2011/07/video-of-25727-passwords-from-sony-hack-one-per-frame.html

25,000 passwords (just passwords) from the PSN hack. The longer they stay on the screen the more common that password was.

....woooow, a LOT of people used 'password' - no surprise there.

And to think that are better passwords in Deus Ex: H.R. than all of the 17 minutes of that video, that's pretty amazing by itself.

Only 1000? With how popular this series is and how much love artbooks gets from fans it seems a little strange to me that they aren't selling more of these.

I finally got around to check this out and while I like some tracks I still think that the "Reincarnation" album from P3 is better. Maybe the problem that I have with hearing musical arrangements of P4 is that the original compositions are already perfect, there's just one track that was better than the original one but they never put that in an album.

It was a track for a final boss I believe, don't remember the name now.

Playing a lot of Deus Ex: H.R. in the last few days, and yep, this is still my game of the year.
3986  Media / Miscellaneous Games / Re: MGS, SH and ZOE HD collections announced on: November 17, 2011, 05:16:32 PM
Then, you pretty much don't like Metal Gear. You just enjoy the gameplay and maybe the interactions that some characters have here and there.

Is not a sin not liking MGS3 but it is kinda weird. Also you can always skip those parts in the game so is not really a big problem.

Anyway, I wasn't really interested in buying this collection other than for Peace Walker but goddamn that artbook that comes with the limited edition is pretty sweet. I didn't expect that the artbook was going to be that huge, too bad that I just have money to buy a $20 PSN card... ah well, you win and you lose in life. Maybe for the next anniversary I'll have money to buy whatever the hell they do by then.

I guess it's a Japanese thing, but I hate... HATE when they yap on about "what we're fighting for" and all that BS.

But, Zero doesn't know what he's fighting for. :(

I put like 110 hours in Dragon Quest VIII but one thing I remember about it is that there's a lot of parts in where you have to do the most unimaginable thing to advance with the story.

But yeah. Is a good game with a lot of BS in it, you know, is your typical Japanese RPG. I'm glad I play it but I'm not doing that again.

Nintendo do some experiments with Zelda on handhelds but nobody gives a fuck, not nowadays anyway. And well, I think is time to post this thing...

well that sort of brings me to another question. i have two transient curses and i haven't really pushed far into new londo because of it. should i just get cursed somewhere or is there somewhere to buy a big stack transient curses?

One Transient Curse can last for a few couple of minutes which is enough time to advance in New Londo, besides if you equip the ring to get more loot that you can find in Sen's Fortress you will have a bunch of Transient Curse while killing the ghosts.

Just be sure to go with Pyromancy and a good shield there because the boss of that area is not easy. Also, If you can do rare weapons and shields with the blacksmith of Anor Londo I would recommend doing the Greatshield of Artorias and the Quelaag's Furysword before going to New Londo.
