OK uhm, the weirdest thing happened to my game today. It's going to take a while to tell and explain this so bear with me for a while.

As some of you might know I'm in the Blade of the Darkmoon covenant and everything is sunshine and rainbows until that somehow before I load my save file today the game tells me for like the 3rd time that there might be some problems if you left the game too abruptly (I only did that once), and I was like "Alright... cool" I load my save file and the game literally throws me in the bridge where the dragon is, which I manage to kill with one arrow by the way.

Two minutes later I'm waiting to invade someone's game with the ring you receive when you join with the covenant and after waiting for a while I decided to use the Blue Stone thing that they give you but I've never been able to invade with that thing but in one of my many tries it worked.

The game left me in the Undead Parish instead of Anor Londor. And I'm there and the weird part is that the game starts to throw messages of things like when you can exceed the amount of times you use your Estus Flak and it also give me the souls of every single boss I defeated until now, again.

Then, after 10 minutes stuck in the Undead Parish without finding my target and picking up the items that I could find around the game tells me that I'm going to invade someone, which is pretty damn weird because I'm already invading. So the game puts me where I should be, in Anor Londor. I got defeated and I came back to my game.

I immediately check my menu to see if anything was different with my items and all that, but everything was there, the only difference is that I have every single soul of every boss I've defeated and I also got the souls of the guys you have to kill for the Lordvessel. Oh, I also receive the Lordvessel again. That's not all, the enemies now make more damage, like 2 or 3 times more and instead of dropping 24 souls they drop around 180 now.

After all that mess just for curiousity I decided to put one of the souls I already drop in the Lordvessel to see if that works... and it did work. I manage to reach the boss of that area but with two attacks I was story.

So. Does anyone know what the hell happen with my game? Now I suppose that I have to start all over again. 95 hours, all over again. Great.

I say that the difficulty seems pretty weird at times.

Sometimes some of the deaths seem scripted just because of the legacy that Demon's Souls created with the whole "die and try again. And again, and again..." and because the slogan of the game is "prepare to die".

I also feel that Demon's Souls was a better game in comparison, more methodic and slow-paced. But eh, I still like the game a lot.

I have a question: Is true that during the development of Suikoden III the creator of the series (don't remember the name) left the project and the franchise entirely for some problems he had with Konami in those days?

Never played any of this games like I mentioned here before but I was always curious it that was true or not.

Okamiden had like a 45 minute stretch without any save point. That's WAY too long.

Better that than playing a long game with permadeath. But, Okamiden is a DS game... yeah, what the hell.

This is great, I accidentally killed the merchant of the Sen's Fortress. I absolutely hate the L2 and R2 buttons.

If you have played any of the moderns Ninja Gaiden games then in comparison DMC3 is much easier.

Alot of people use the tower in Darkroot Garden to farm easy souls or even use the glitch to get endless souls - but this doesnt mean that they are good.

Yes, in this game your level doesn't mean much. Is more about what skills/equipment do you have and how do you use it.

I'm in the Duke's Archives after getting killed a bunch of times trying to advance in the Tomb of the Giants (and I got invaded too, lovely).

Also, I payed for the second time for my sins and joined the Blade of the Darkmoon covenant. I'll see if I have any luck with that later.

Restarted Mana Khemia. No idea why.

Why I are you wasting your precious life with that game?

Everyday I keep exploring and revisiting the places I've been before and I always find something new, the amount of content in this game is insane.

Some of the things that they expect you to do to get an item can be pretty random. Going back to the Undead Asylum for example is one of those things that you can you discover by pure curiosity or luck if you manage to do it by yourself without anyone telling you.

That was the tactic I had while getting the tail drop item.

Wait, what? That thing had a tail?

...I think I've never notice that detail because he moves so fast, but anyway, what is his drop?

The Gaping Dragon? He drops the Dragon Great Axe if you chop his tail off.

Where do I go when I get to the bottom of Blighttown at the swamp? Whenever I stepped in it would start to poison me, so I didn't want to run through. It seemed like a dead end.

I was asking about the cabra demon that ZeronHitaro was talking about, and I'm pretty sure I got that axe as random drop. No biggie.
