For the one that cares, here's a new trailer.

And now for the Japanese release date.

You forgot to put the drum roll there.
4278  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: Learning Spanish Thread of Movies/TV Shows to watch with Subtitiles on: February 29, 2012, 12:46:50 PM
My first language is Spanish. I wonder how is to learn a thousand slang words because really that's almost the only way to talk Spanish.

Though when I reached a decent level of English I didn't have the necessity of using those slangs anymore. There's some people that cannot understand a word if you don't talk "funny spanish" to them.

So yeah, be careful learning this mess.

With Xenoblade I meant with the art direction. I know that their models in the game are ugly for today standards.

Clearly someone hasn't played any 3-D Japanese games lately.

I find for the most part that animations in Western games horrible but I know that in a way that is arguable in some cases. Though, Japanese games are more about aesthetic more than anything else.

I mean look at Xenoblade or Vanquish for instance.

Last night I downloaded the episode of Sazh but I can't find a way to access to it. I know that I'm doing something terribly wrong here, so please, can someone tell me how I manage to play it?
4282  Media / General Games / Re: Persona 4 G: Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena (PS3/360/Arc) Announced (2012,ASW/Atlus) on: February 29, 2012, 12:06:04 PM
A shame that always is so hard to find a translation of one of those CD Dramas. I listen to a few of the ones of P3 and they are surpringly good and it kinda got me into listening more but is tricky to find translations like I said.

Still, very obscure way to present a new character if it really appeared first in the CD Dramas.

Edit: First Look: Persona 4 Arena's new Character Labrys -- Oh boy, I can imagine now the fan art that this character is going to get... really weird design though, she looks like mix between the main protagonist of P4 (in female form) and Aegis.
4283  Media / General Games / Re: Asura's Wrath on: February 29, 2012, 12:04:58 PM
Fall sleep watching a walkthrough, Asura is really good at screaming and letting his rage go out full force against his enemies. Have to admit I like this guy more than Dante and Bayonetta combined.

Also the story even with all the over the top things that you witness it manage to have some powerful moments, they might be cliche but we can see the same scenes in other animes or games failing miserably trying to get us feel something.

Overall, I like this a lot.

"On Feb 29, Square Enix will be releasing the first in a series of Bravely Default free demos on the 3DS eShop. The first demo is Bravely Default Demo Vol.1 - The Priestess of Crystal. The demo's main purpose is to introduce players to the main heroine Agnes, who is the priestess of the Wind Crystal. The demo will allow players to control a character, and experience the visual concept of the game. There will also be a new AR Movie in the demo featuring Agnes.

This is the first in the Bravely Default Demo series. Square Enix intends to continue releasing more free demos for the game to continue to introduce players to the game's world, gameplay systems, and unannounced characters leading up to the eventual release of the game.

To fully utilize the AR Movie in the demo, players will need to download the demo from the eShop and also use the AR Marker provided for free on the official site."

I wonder why they changed the name. :o

Anyways, guess there's going to be a review here in the future right? Will be waiting for it before throwing my coins out of my pockets.
4286  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 on: February 28, 2012, 04:13:44 PM
Doesn't Japan has problems getting men making babies in the last few years? You know, Herbivore men and all that.

Edit: A dude in 1UP has something to say about Neptunia mk2 (and Devil Survivor 2).

4289  Media / General Games / Re: Katawa Shoujo - It's out! (Seriously!) on: February 28, 2012, 01:27:34 PM
An average reaction to Katawa Shoujo:

Found this two videos randomly.
4290  Media / General Games / Re: Katawa Shoujo - It's out! (Seriously!) on: February 28, 2012, 12:47:58 PM
Couldn't finish the demo since I got sleepy after reading so much. Later I saw the one hour video full of spoilers of the guys talking about Katawa Shoujo, good stuff.

And you know, the best part of the entire experience for me in the demo was the intro and first few minutes of the story. Is just so perfectly well done and so simple.

Also, I checked the first page of the read me file that comes with full game and I see this project started in 2000. Didn't imagine for one second that it took that long to make.
