I think I'd even be happy if XSeed only translated Second Chapter and didn't bother bringing out the 3rd one since that one seems like an epilogue or more of a side story with the series actually ending at SC, if it meant that they could bring out Zero and Ao no Kiseki to the US.
I actually would be kinda "ok" with that, especially if it means we get Zero. I was kinda put out by the fact the 3rd starred two different people and let Estelle and Joshua take the backseat. If they didn't bring over 3rd, we'd be missing out. See, according to my sources, 3rd isn't just an epilogue; in a way it is that, but at the same time, it's more then that. It takes the action away from Liberl for the first time, and focuses more on the big picture as opposed to just Estelle and Joshua's story, and while it isn't part of the Zero/Ao stuff, it does set the stage for them, introducing various characters, concepts, and plot elements that would take prominence in those later games. So no, we shouldn't just skip on 3rd. Ughh...this situation is so difficult. I just really want to see Zero and Ao come out eventually, SC too, even though the PSP is on its way out.

I do wish most games with random battles would have skills to eliminate ridiculously easy ones and things like that, or do like Wild Arms does.
Yeah, I love when games do that, like Earthbound 1 (don't remember Mother 3) and Suikoden 1 and 2.

The Cranberries - Zombie always reminds me of being in 8th grade and hanging out in me and my brother's room in the spring time with my sister and brother on a lazy Saturday, listening to music on the boombox while playing puzzle games like Wario's Woods with each other. I miss those times..
Always a damn good song :) Yes :)

I started playing this, and I'm loving it!
So am I; so am I. ^__^ Seriously, the music, the graphics, the main characters, the setting/NPCs, the gameplay, the charming, lighthearted feel, etc everything is gelling together so well. I haven't felt like this about an RPG in a loong time. :)

I have a couple of questions. This looks like an SRPG, not just a traditional one, I mean battles are fought on grids. Or is that just for show? AND That backtracking thing makes me think of SO3. So does it have a world map for getting around or areas with monsters between towns and dungeons like SO3 has?
It's not an SRPG, but the battles are kind of like "SRPG-lite." You can move around on the grids like an SRPG and you have to be near enough to your enemies to attack and do certain moves, but I don't think it matters if you attack them from their back or sides and vice-versa (I'm not sure about this though). There's no world map, it's like SO3 with areas with monsters between towns and dungeons.
