Xenosaga episode II gets a lot of hate, and while it wasnt perfect, I did enjoy it.

Yeaahhh, that dub is pretty awful. However I still wish I had a Wii to play this on.
3  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Top Ten Worthless RPG Characters on: July 12, 2010, 10:45:58 PM
Im going to have to say Im loving the defense of Cait Sith, even though he's the underdog something about the guy/thing caught my attention at a very young age and Ive been attached to him ever since. In battle, most characters definitely outshine him, but he's not worthless.

Definitely an original and worthwhile RPG! One of my favorites on the PSP FOR sure. Some awesome battles in that one!

Off the top of my head, Id love to see Tales of Vesperia brought over for the Playstation 3.
9  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: RPG with button clicking on: June 22, 2010, 06:36:39 PM
I defninitely reccommend Eternal Sonata, which I find to be a very solid RPG. Lots of button pushing, with different areas of the battlefield leading to different effects.

11  The Rest / General Discussions / What RPG are you currently playing? on: June 21, 2010, 09:53:58 PM
Myself, Im in the middle of Resonance of Fate, and loving every minute of it.

No matter what console its on, I always find myself only able to focus on one at a time, which has led to my massive backlog. All these games I still need to complete and so many on the way...huff.

Anyway, what are you guys currently trudging through?

I went looking for a topic like this, but I didnt find one, sooo...

By the look of it, the 3DS will completely blow outta the water every other system that is accustomed to having a RPG library. Of course, big name games are guranteed to continue on the bigger systems, but any RPG lover is bound to end up getting a 3DS.

Yeah, for those who may of thought the RPG was a dying genre, as one can tell by this list, the genre is alive and well.

All this obsession with motion controls bothers me. Its such a gimmick. It will be a long time before motion controls replace regular controllers.
