@badsanta: RPG's have a tendency to frequently include underdeveloped villains and people that show up randomly (like we've been doing for several characters) and villains often stay mysterious until the end, sometimes to keep a possibility for sequels open.
and I'm letting someone else decide who he is for now even though I foreshadowed a particular character mentioned on page 1.

conflicting how?

A new villain emerges. He wears a cloak and mask because evil guys prefer to remain anonymous. He has an air of obstinate douche-baggery, yet it feels almost noble. He will most likely remain undeveloped as a character throughout this entire story. Why? Fate decided it. He speaks with an arrogant tone about ruling teh whole wurld and something something blah blah blah.

That's the second largest George Foreman Grill I've ever seen.

more amazing than that was a comment on that article:
"I had two pictures to post but I can't find the phallic Japanese skyscraper, This is one of the proposed models for the beijing Olympics."
just a little nsfw

She blushes Sasuke goes to help her up smiling slightly because he's a nice guy. She giggles and we hear a loud crash from that nearby tree. It's Hiro! He's all like "Heyyyyy guys, whatsup?"

I love their Sausage McMuffins with Egg and their hash browns. If they had breakfast menu 24/7, I would eat there a lot more often.

i agree with this a little, since all I like from those people are breakfast things (particularly bagels) but sausage and almost everything else looks gross.

A giant ugly dragon eats the pheasant and tries to kill everyone. With perfect timing, a scantily clad woman meant only for fanservice and comic relief shows up to kick its ass. Bob comes back into the party because he's a pervert and wants to get lucky with this woman.

(could we have branching plotlines so this thread never ends?)

If you think American game commercials are crazy, here's a real interesting Zelda:LttP commercial from the Far East.

it's like a Michael Jackson interpretation of Zelda.

1120  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: NIS Taint Doing So Well on: August 09, 2010, 11:25:53 PM
this company needs to stop doing crossovers immediately

It's not NIS that does crossovers, it's Idea Factory.  They just let Idea Factory use their character and sometimes have "creative input."  For example, they wrote the Kanata story in Trinity Universe.

but it does have its name attached to some infamously "bad" games (including several crossovers) and people often associate companies with games that get significantly bad reception.

that would be a good chance for me to try that series, and I'd love to give it a chance since I still haven't played any of those games
