Welp, been 2 days since the wisdom teeth removal. Skipped getting knocked out, and only had 2 wisdom teeth to remove anyway, so local anesthesia was fine. Took about am hour and a half from my arrival to get it done, pay the bill, and get out. Hell I walked 4 blocks to meet up with my old man to go home. First day after the anesthesia wore off was the worst, buy it was BARELY what I would call pain. Yesterday I was eating normally (albeit carefully). Today or tomorrow, I'm hitting up wendy's for a baconator...I feel I deserve one!

I also saves upwards of 2,000 dollars based on my initial price estimates since I skipped the sedation amd only had 2 teeth to pull out. Hooray!
So if you only needed two removed...what happened to the other two?
Only had 2 wisdom teeth, other 2 didn't grow in apparently. Small miracles, huh?

I've been messing with the game for a week now, and honestly the translation is garbage. The script is so fucking....idk...trashy is a good start. I'm not pleased with it by any means. Hopefully they'll redo it well, may just leave it on the backburner till then. Otherwise, game is pretty fun. Flash guard and evade are awesome, though the evade has me a little miffed at times with the small window and the random special attack being stuck in its animation for ages before you can actually try to evade. The combat is really fast paced which I love, though the large enemies always seem to bring things to an immediate halt. I also really hate when developers make an enemy that you can attack and "kill" but it doesn't actually die for whatever reason and comes back to kick your ass again. Found 3 so far and I just hit chapter 3 I think. A little bit annoyed about it, especially since 1 of them was a pretty long fight to drop him. If you don't want us to fight and kill it, make it invincible!

Dincrest you suave s.o.b., I'm ridiculously impressed by your biking resolve. How many events do you usually participate in per year?

This year, I signed up for 4 charity rides but only did 3 because one was rained out.  Next year, I might just do 2-3.  The majority of my riding is either by myself or with my club, and I supplement that with weight training.  I feel like real life has gotten in the way of my training so I haven't been as consistent as I'd like to be, and with cycling if you're off for even 2 weeks, you feel like you've been set back to novice level.  It's not just a sport or a hobby, but a lifestyle.
Damn I know how that feels. If I take a week off from weights I come back in timid and worried and everything suffers. Rather be injured and fight with weights I do normally then leave for a week or two to recover and come back feeling terrible. I've been lucky the last few weeks, work has slowed down and I've had a lot of time to get in workouts.

Since the plane pull, I've started dieting and lowering the heavy weights for more reps, basic maintenance really. I'm actually down about 4 lbs after 10 days.l, which I'm not 100% sure is good...but I've been exercising a lot more than average, 3 days on, 1 day off with biking every day and extra cardio on one of the days. Maybe all the heavy weight lifting paid off in the end and my metabolic rate is better than I thought. Only water and a calorie count of under 2400 a day, so I'm cranky atm, but manageably so. Goal wise, I'm aiming for 20 pounds off by december, mid november possibly, and then I'll check all my weight numbers. If I'm still working well and the strength hasn't dipped a huge amount, I'll continue to drop another 50 hopefully by summer next year. It's a long time and I'm not feeling it well yet...but something snapped at the plane pull and I saw myself in a way I didn't like anymore...not just being fat but lacking in another area...it made me mad. Last time I felt like this it became a battle to beat a 315 bench press. I do that for starting up now....maye this could be my next "evolution", lol.

Also of note, 3 days til my wisdow tooth removal. I'm nervous...whee.

Also possible.

I still think those sorts of trolls are troubled though.
Well, at least Arti hasn't started lobbing rolls of paper towels into the forums, right?

Yeah, it reminds me of my schizophrenic aunt and grandfather. It was rambling paranoid nonsense, so it feels pretty clear to me he/she needs help.

why edit it out? shouldn't it stay up as a warning to others?
Honestly, I think Arti just went and copy/pasted a bunch of nonsense from other places. None of it was relevant and seemed to be a means of getting a shitstorm started.

Tch, fuck that. Someone asks what I'm doing over a weekend, it's "Gym, video games, and sleep, in that order each day. Why, you wanna do something instead?" Throws the ball.in their court, makes me seem like I don't care (I actually do, I'm just smart enough to know that lack of concern=cool), and maybe gives me something to do for the weekend.

150 for xrays and prep
475 for anesthetic, additional 475 for sedation (it's highly recommended)
About 350-550 per tooth removed, and I'm opting to get all 4 out, but 2 are really messed up. I'm just gonna safely assume 500 for each, so 2k for the lot.

So in reality it's probably gonna end up closer to 3300.

Well, it was fun while it lasted Arti. Could have just left with a goodbye instead of getting yourself permabanned.
