you know crapcom could pull the ultimate troll and buy Atlus ......I'll go jump in  the fire for even suggesting that.

You don't have to worry, it looks like Sega's gonna beat them to it....

Somehow, that's equally bad.
At least Capcom brings most of its titles to non jp regions. Sega has a habit of simply saying fuck the west now.

Actually, I read 6,000 calories a day and a lot of weight lifting.

Should you really put your number out like that Klyde?

Here. Not to make him feel lonely, I'll put out mine as well. It's 555-867-5309.
Oh, you!

Harry wasn't really that average though. He figured out some of the riddles like the golden snitch thing without much help, and his booksmarts aside, his reasoning skills were quite adept. He was no voldemort or dumbledore, but for his age he was pretty skilled. And man could he handle an Expeliarmus spell.

Also, hombre does possess all 3 of those relic things...technically. He's definitely above average.

@Klyde why you no wanna talk to us? Just imagine what we sound like when you read our posts on the forum. They've gotta be close, right?

I'm totally down for being able to chat with you guys but setting up this whole skype thing and whatnot seems like it could turn me off to the experience altogeather... I can easily see my frustration besting me into saying "screw this man, I got tales of xilia sitting right over there!".

My cell phone # is 570-862-8743. if anyone wants to talk to me use that. I am already familiar with how to use my phone-LoL
You can't conference a cell phone with 4-10 people though (without some serious extra costs involved). Skype is beyond easy to set up, and you can use it on a smartphone easily too. Download app, make account with user name, give us your user name or take ours and call us from the app using said username. Cakewalk.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not even hinting at making that a priority, just odd to me that it hasn't be done yet. I personally hate mobile optimized websites.

Alex and Luna, Lunar Silver Star Story. Being in love since they were kids, knowing they were always gonna be together, and then Luna's kidnapping and Alex becoming the right hand of the goddess to save her...and the secret of her story altogether...man it's touching even if it's cheesy as all fuck. All the character's love stories were pretty nice, but Alex and Luna...I'd like to meet a guy who wouldn't want this to happen to him. Pretty sure every guy in existence has a fantasy along these lines.

Was there ever any reason given for no crossplay? I can understand - grudgingly - the reasoning for no cross buy, but no cross-play? Come on.
My money's on a simple lack of funding.

Evidently fat shaming is "bullying or mocking fat people under the guise of helping them" or something.

...that actually sounds kind of familiar.
Actually it sounds pretty commonplace.

Why the hell am I still up? I got a huge workout to do later today, and really need some sleep...
1346  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: What's the haps? on: August 02, 2013, 07:06:53 AM
WTF, there's a thing called "fat shaming" now?
Whaf the hell is fat shaming? Isn't the shame of being fat enough?
1347  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: Youtube on: August 02, 2013, 04:18:26 AM
Time to blow your mind.

OK, thought that was cool?  Nah, that's just a demo.  Check out the real thing, fully interactive.

Holy bajeezits.
Yeah...that's not frightening to think that this could one day be a consistent stream instead of a single photo.
1348  Media / Multiplayer RPGs / Re: Final Fantasy XIV: ARR, a Thread Reborn on: August 02, 2013, 02:42:27 AM
1. Actually Phase 4 is a new client entirely. We were all told to delete the phase 3 client on PC and PS3. In fact your PSN accounts are automatically unlinked at the end of phase 3. New PSN codes will be forthcoming to download the new client when phase 4 starts.

2. Correct. Once you're in beta, you're in for all stages. If you're on PC the client downloader will be available shortly before Phase 4 starts. If you're on PS3, as soon as the client is on PSN they'll send you a code. Though since its open beta I don't see why it's just not a regular download.
I never got a notification regarding it. Matter of fact I signed in to it yesterday just to see if there was any news on the front page there (nothing new). I did get an email not to long ago about phase 4 starting soon and that I'd be getting a code soon, but I assumed that was from applying during phase 3 on their site. Odd shit, guess I'll leave the info to you from now on tenchi.

The Newsroom:

It made it to Season 2!!  Somehow!!
Cool to see John di Maggio on there though

Dexter SSN8
Good start, but the tide seems to come and go for this one.
Hey, I enjoy the newsroom. It's pretty interesting and not full of shit like fox news.

And thus the Internet was spared at least one uninspired project based upon reinterpreting already existing properties for self gain or over zealous fandom.

Now about the hojillion other derogatory uninspired projects that got through uninhibited.
At least those ones didn't beg publicly for handouts.

At least I can laugh about the moron who invested time in this instead of making something fucking original.
