So I go to gamestop to go get Ni No Kuni today.....only to be told it comes out the 22nd.

WTF, when did the release date change? This has literally ruined my week.

Um...I don't think it was ever supposed to come out today.
I'm questioning it myself, but my gamestop preorder receipt said today...

Considering how over-dramatized marriage and relationships are in the media, I'd be damn happy if gay/straight/bisexual/beastial dating and marriage stayed the fuck out of my video games. People have enough problems with these concepts in reality, why destroy the logic with ridiculous virtual versions that make even less sense.

All I want to say is...I think you'd have made a better Raven.
1491  Media / Miscellaneous Games / Re: New Devil May Cry, bitches. on: January 13, 2013, 07:31:44 PM
I see NOTHING wrong with this game, it looks fairly good. The fact that it's getting the bloody palace as an update stinks a tad, but it's free. The gameplay looks fun, and the demo showed it was solid. Sure the story is cheesy, and the voice acting is goofy sounding from the trailers, but the same was said about the first Devil May Cry, I mean seriously...fill your dark soul with LIGGGGGGHHHHHHHTTTTTTTTTT? If we could stomach that line of dialogue, cheesy emo-dripping angst should be nothing.

I'm not buying it because I'm getting ni no kuni, but I'll be playing it soon enough.

At least you weren't a dark knight waiting to actually be on par with either warriors or monks. Highest strength, highest attack, strongest weapons, and arguably the best zerg ability in the game...yet every update seems to destroy us more and more.

Now we get a new 2 hour that lets us absorb tp with normal attacks....shame our best weaponskill is still done better on warriors.

Never again. RO destroyed people way before WoW was even a concept. This is the worst news since the announcement of ffxiii-3.

It has a more playstation generation RPG feel, kind of excited about it  ..kind of.
1495  Media / Miscellaneous Games / Re: wii games that don't require motion controller on: January 07, 2013, 04:54:19 PM
Brawl doesn't require motion controllers!

Ok, stop throwing things, it was just a joke!
1496  The Rest / The Helper Monkey / Re: adding funds to psn wallet..wtf? on: January 07, 2013, 04:51:51 PM
I've never used a pre paid credit card on psn, but I assume information on it that you would use to register the card as useable on psn is probably lacking. Honestly, the psn card is a better option anyways, just because of the security hack bullshistorm a couple years back. You can get a digital code for the psn card via gamestop instead of a plastic card, and right off the website (does take a few hours though...).

Hope it helps.
1497  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: Less than absolute zero??? on: January 06, 2013, 02:19:29 PM
So basically, it's like reversed Lufia 2 hp logic. When you heal an enemy who has maximum hp (i.e. the egg dragon), it restarts their hp counter, effectively giving them whatever you healed their hp for minus 1 as their new hp total.

Sorry, I felt this conversation needed some overall silliness added.
1498  The Rest / General Discussions / Less than absolute zero??? on: January 05, 2013, 11:19:42 AM
So apparently, scientists have figured out how to get stuff colder than 0 kelvin (aka "Absolute Zero").

Interesting story, honestly. Feels like the makings of mass effect...
