I have to say...even with every fuck up, this is still better than PSU's launch.

There's a gamestop not TOO far from where I live where I sorta became friends with the manager. He's pretty good about not haggling people into the stupid extras, he just mentions it casually while talking about games. Usually it's so casual in conversational flow, people actually say it sounds good and go for it. Kind of impressive actually, if a tad underhanded.

Jude has those handskills, pretty sure his height problem is more than made up for his "dexterity".

"Am I failing a quicktime event!?" Brilliant!

There is just a little incompetence present in this problem with early access because I've never seen an MMO have a mere 3 days of open beta less than a week away from opening the servers. And the fact that the open beta went so poorly only further baffles me why they didn't make more of an effort to smooth things out before launch.

I can't speak for everyone, but I'd be less upset over an official delay than I am with the clusterfuck of a situation this launch is turning into.
Hey, announcing the whole withdrawal of 1.0 and the remake garnered huge amounts of respect among fans, obviously admitting you screwed up and announcing a plan to repair isn't gonna destroy your reputation. I am 100% okay with a delay, just stop fucking telling us to adjust stupid things. I wanna play on ultros, don't ask me to go play on bubblefuck instead.

Beat Jude's story last night, level 70ish. Final boss was a pushover.

I've said it before and I will say it again... your ability to utterly devour games astounds me D. We started this, Dragons Crown and Ni No Kuni at roughly the same time (so far as I remember) and you completed each before I even reached midway.

Good job sir!! Congrats.

Oh, and sorry for the Jude bashing a few pages ago. He grew on me.
Hombre, you have a career, I just work when I can. It's understandable that I can devote ludicrous amounts of time to the games I play. I wish I played less, honestly, as I always come across a massive lack of new stuff to play. It almost feels like I race to finish these games and it never feels good having ravaged them in days. Thanks for the kudos, but it's a bittersweet victory. I now lack something to do...kinda.

Glad Jude grew on you. I like him a lot. He evolves well during the story. Also  I was watching Star Trek earlier today and Spock said something....

"Once you remove the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth."

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle must be enjoying dem royalties.

In all fairness, these guys are being paid to make it work. I don't go to an italian restaurant and order lasagna and hope the chef gets it right on his first try. If he doesn't, I sure as hell don't tell him it's okay, I ask for my order to be prepared correctly. The situation fits here. Some can be whiny, others considerate, but accepting the fuck ups like they should happen is nonsense. Fix the game, that's your fucking job. I'm not happy they are doing it,they aren't doing it for any of us, they're doing it for their livelihood. Otherwise, they can go find new jobs.

Glad I ran to get that early access preorder in. At least I was at a party last night to deal with not playing this shit.

My phone's screen cracked last night. I am unhappy.

345 pound bench press twice yesterday. I feel...good? Hungry? Sore, maybe?

Idk, it's a very strange thing knowing I've become so much stronger in such a short year.

Client's patched, what time does access begin?

Part of an actors performance hinges on a director.  A good director, like Nolan, can bring extra dimensions out of seemingly mediocre talent, as evidenced above by Anne Hathaway as Catwoman.  On the other hand, a director with a less skilled hand (i.e. George Lucas) can often bring out the worst in even the most skilled actors.  Natalie Portman is a kajillion times better than what she portrayed in Star Wars.  And even Hayden Christensen, yeah he wasn't very good in Star Wars but he was really good in other movies, like Shattered Glass.

Well, Nolan isn't directing this movie so don't get your hopes up.
Snyder is, and he did a good job with Cavill for Superman.

I never pictured Anne Hathaway to pull off catwoman like the comics. I expected her to be more like Adam West Batman's catwoman, basically eye candy and henchmen. Either way, skin tight leather and sultry poses worked wonders for my appreciation of her.
