I don't get the Abyss love or hate stuff. I've played essentially every english Tales game except abyss (and legendia, was hard to find at the time), and generally, outside of some serious plot devices, none have ever been dramatically astounding from the next. Why is it abyss lovers call it the greatest game, whereas general Tales fans consider it meh? I always hear the big 2 as Vesperia and Symphonia, but then you get that one Abyss fanboy and all hell breaks loose. Personally, Phantasia is probably the most directly awesome of them all, but that's me.

Hopefully Xillia and Graces F don't suck too bad, but who knows.

How come there are no overweight, zit faced heroes in my RPGs? Why must they always be muscular, clean skinned adonis-types? I want the next final fantasy to have a hero who's like 350 lbs, wears glasses, has some serious pizza face, and one of his weaknesses is running for extended periods of time on the world map (he has asthma, without an inhaler, he will constantly lose hp).

I'm kinda on the same boat as you, but then there's the whole "How about dlc release maybe guys?". MS paid to keep it out of Sony's hands, least they could do is bring us the content they inadvertently dicked the US out of.

Still, 2008 man, get over it. Tales has always been a very lolUSA franchise. When a team of independent translators have to release a patched download of their game so US fans can play it, you know something's pretty wrong (Tales of Innocence DS, still banging my head off the wall for that). I love the Tales series, but it's pretty tiring seeing 1 of every 3 tales games get a US release date.

I tried out the fire chick, and was kinda bored with the combat. It's 2011, where are the combos, man? In a dungeon crawler like diablo or torchlight it works because you get a ton of special attacks and a general slashing attack. This game kinda teases you with a five hit combo that WILL NEVER GET ANY VARIETY EVER, or at least based on demo impressions. I'll pick it up off gamefly for further playing, but can't guarantee I'll be supporting the release with a full on purchase in the future at this point.

Everything except Alex's desire to be a dragonmaster....and Nash's female gymnast body. Though I admit, having read up on the fights way back for the Sega CD version, we definitely got the easier of the versions. I can't remember a single boss in Lunar 1 or 2 that wasn't easy EXCEPT[/color]. I played through 2 with no troubles a couple times, hardest fight being the star dragon, and only cuz I forgot healing items and didn't have that one accessory that nerfs elemental damage.

Needs more info. What's the amperage of the adapter and the of the psone's adapter? If your 9v adapter matches the amps of the PS1 specific one, then it should work, 9v versus 7.5 is close enough that it shouldn't be a problem. Also, is your adapter AC or DC?

If a company offer's a return policy, you need not give them a reason for the return. As long as it's within the allotted time, just walk in, tell em your returning an item, and repurchase it. Most of the time, the person behind the counter will catch on quick enough and just do it, but if they give you crap ask to speak to a manager. Working at radioshack, I see it a lot, and honestly just gave up trying to talk people out of returns. I ask what's the problem that you're returning the item for, see if I can fix said problem, and ask if they need something else. General sales people and clerks just take it back though.

Yeah, generally past the halfway point most bosses could combo one character on your team for an instant kill, but something about the delilias always made the game seem unfair, forcing you to overlevel for that extra hp boost.

Since cell phones kinda count as game devices now, Radioshack is offering 100 bucks off an Evo 3D releasing next friday, the 24th, if you trade in your old Evo with a 2 year upgrade. Pretty decent considering how the 3D Evo is a dual core processor now, and still costs as much as the old Evo did 3 weeks ago.
