Still sick, this cold is driving me nuts. I'm coughing like 6 times a minute, which just makes everything annoying. Can't even play video games well, I keep dropping the controls  to cough.

This SUCKS.

So I haven't been back to this game in a week and change, and I haven't really missed it all that much. It was a fun run, but looking back, I feel I had to take advantage of too many elements in the game to get by. I seriously overleveled trying to get everything, which made every fight simplistic. Most of the puzzles weren't that hard (I admit the one puzzle in the vault of tears was....annoying), and boss fights were simply a test of patience, opting to defend more often instead of gunning for that extra hit or spell. I enjoyed the silly humor of the fairy thing, but even as I type this, I realize I can't remember its name. Generally a good sign of a game's lack of staying power. Maybe it's because I rushed through it, but it's lost that appeal to me now.

Doubt I'm even gonna finish the post game honestly.

Quick Edit:DRIPPY! Fuck, can't believe I forgot it.

Well, I do have the benefit of not watching it every week, as well as not watching any of seasons 2-4, so it's pretty fresh.

I have low standards for humor, pardon me for enjoying burp and fart jokes

I watch too many prime time comedies. 1600 Penn and Guys with Kids are both funny, Big Bang Theory is hilarious, and How I met your Mother is so awesome. Alao, I started watching Incredible Crew on cartoon network...it's a shame the cast isn't 5 years older, it'd be on par with Saturday Night Live.

I wanna defend my point, but it gets too wordy and I am fighting a cold.

So in conclusion, Xenoblade was 40% great and 60% fetch quests, and FFXII was 10% gambit system and 90% regret.

It's just an attempt to validate buying that piece of shit called the Wii. If Xenoblade had been on PS3 or xbob, or even pc, it would have been AT BEST a mediocre title. For some reason, when you have a mediocre game on the Wii, it becomes amazing. I bet if xenoblade were a DS title it would have been labled the best rpg ever.

If it makes you feel better, I have one friend on facebook and only use it to find people I haven't seen in years...

I hate people.

Thoughts:

1) If you hate people, why find them?

or

2) You suck at finding people and have only found one

or

3) You only have ever known one person
Actually, 1 is pretty accurate. People from my past were terrible to me...I just use it to glance and see what they're like now. I also use it as a safety for when I haven't spoken to someone in a real lomg time, like if they lost their phone or their pc broke or xbox fried...leave a facebook message to get in contact with em basically.

In other news, I'm sick again, this time it's just a cold. Picked a good week for it thoigh, seeing as we just got nailed here in new york with a foot of snow. Basically gonna sleep this shit off and get ready for next week. Funny story, the owner of the gym I go to has hired my father and I to add some sonos connect units to the gym and fix the sound system a bit. Next week, the weight room gets to listen to more fitting music instead of upbeat dance crap...I'm so excited!

Final Fantasy X and XII are two of my favorites in the whole series lol. The constant complaints about Final Fantasy after IX gets old.
It is tiring to hear about how XII is so terrible...shame it's so true though.

So this psycho feels that by killing people associated to wrongs that have been committed in the past to him and in general will actually improve how things are handled?

You know, I'm not a politician or a peacekeeper or anything, but when people are scared, the FIRST THING that happens is a witch hunt. It's not about resolving the problem indefinitely, but about ending the immediate threat. So....idiot goes around shooting people, he's #1 on the list of problems to be solved. He dies or is apprehended, and people are satisfied. Nothing changes.

Hooray for useless morons, I hope he eats a round in the forehead.

Now now, girls. I'm sure Parn loves both of you JUSSSST as much as the other.
Parn said he doesn't like fatties...

Also, touche grim...touche.

So I go all the way to the ass bottom of manhattan today for a job, which is about an hour drive from where I live, only to find out that the location I'd be working at's elevator was broken. I have approximately 200lbs of tools that I am forced to carry to these jobs and my father/boss is mildly crippled and can't do stairs well.

This was a 6 floor walk up without the elevator.

So my day ended pretty early :)
Round 2 of this job, I get to the location today with a working elevator, do most of the day without a hitch. I go grab some food about 2:30, head back for 3pm....the elevator broke again.

With my tools upstairs.

Whoever said downhill is a walk in thr park never did it with 200lbs of tools on their back.

For gameplay mechanics and such, he's a very astute observer. For comedy, he left his funnybone in the small dark recesses of his soul. The man didn't enjoy Kung Pow:Enter the Fist. How can I trust his sense of humor???

Oh cmon, it wasn't that bad. I got a good chuckle out of it. Then again, I enjoy silly humor.

Ignore Parn, he doesn't like slapstick humor. The scene was fairly funny.
