Yoda, I greatly desire to give you an atomic wedgie, just because I feel that it's the perfect amount of pain inflicted in contrast to your negative comments.

Also, you're a wiener.

Defer to your other bandmates before you do anything, and make sure they're on the same page before you confront her, because in the end it's all about confronting her with your opinions and establishing a basis for why she is no longer welcome. It's not about saving her feelings, it's about keeping your band happy. If the rest of the band doesn't agree with you, it may be a better idea to simply point out moments where she's weakest in performance while practicing and make sure they're aware that a drummer who spends more time actually drumming wouldn't be as lame.

Honestly just make sure you're doing what the band wants and not just what you think they want. Good luck mover.

3-5 drops is about the amount you'd use in your eyes, where it eventually runs through the bloodstream and out of your body, therefore that amount in your stomach will simply give you a case of curry shit

You realize that the amount of visine, or more specifically the active ingredient Tetrahydrozoline HCL 0.05, needed to cause most of those effects would be something like an entire bottle. And yes, poisoning someone in any regard is poisoning someone regardless, but theft is theft in the same regard. Not saying fight fire with fire, but even animals will stop eating food if it gets them sick. Besides,it's a lot safer than me finding out who ate my food, it may lead to brain damage and heart failure as I beat my lunch out of them.

Seriously though, poison someone at your own risk.

The Filipinos I work with just eat whatever they see, labeled or not.

I went to Monday Night Raw last night. I had a damn awesome time and it was more fun than I expected.
Man, everyone I know is getting back into wrestling a bit. Kinda scaring me, maybe I oughta start watching again?

I have a slight suggestion...

Put visine in the food before you put it in the fridge. Obviously you can't eat it, but you'll find the culprit when they make a full on sprint to the bathroom from the super diarrhe shit threatening to fly out of their anus. Plus, you can't get in trouble for it. Not like you intetionally poisoned a co-worker, you just added some medicine to your own food and they had a reaction to it. If you don't like the diarrhea trick, you could always try slipping in some crushed ambien or something and have them intentionally fall asleep while at work. One of the many reasons I never continued to bring food with me to work was because one of my friends at the job, (and my boss on two occasions) would eat it. Matter of fact, I once brought a package of funny bones with me (chocolate cake with a peanut butter filling) that the buddy grabbed and started to eat when I walked in the back and noticed....he's allergic to peanuts. I had to smack him upside his head to stop him from eating them. Fucking moron, lol.

So I worked from 8 am yesterday to officially 6pm yesterday, which resulted in a good day's pay, 32.50 an hour and 2 hours OT (1.5x hourly rate). However, I ended up staying there til 10:30 pm because my dad was also there as an operator and worked same time frame but had to stay for the extra 4 and a half hours to duscuss details regarding the events for today and tomorrow, and we were gonna go home together. So I got stuck beingvhis lackey for an extra 4 hours, and he got paid his full day rate, plus 2 hours OT, plus 3 hours double time. Mother fucker was clearing over 100 bucks an hour at the end of the night. Meanwhile I was working for free. Life sucks :(

For people having issues dealing with cash and eventual gear checks for amdapor keep, skip that and do the level 48 story dungeon. It's vastly easier when you speed run it and the 100 tomestones per completion offer you a great amount of better gear and even more important, the crafting items are worth a good amount of cash to crafters, so even if you don't wanna buy the equipment, the items will help you obtain better gear.

AK runs will eventual be a requirement for you anyway, though, so if anyone needs some help dealing with the bosses, I have a very good strategy for each of them. As a tank, you get tosee what happens during a fight better than most, so I pick up tweaks and adjustments for most of the bosses as I go ( which is why I'm so pissed about hardmode titan, MY GOD that fight is not hard at all). Not gonna write it now as spoilers for people looking for some challenge, but yeah, i'll message anyone the infor.if they want it. The final boss of Amdapor Keep is a fucking joke with the strat I use.

I would like to recommend to my good buddy Hathen here, to consider saving his tomestones of mythology for his relic+1 upgrade, as it's only 900 stones to do so after getting the relic, which is fairly easy assuming your group if dudes is up to handling Titan, the only hard fight there.

For all of you level 50 characters btw, just know that for the 8 man dungeons (and some 4 man) the party makeup in the duty finder isn't always necessary. For example, praetorium can be effectively done with 5 dps, 1 tank, and 2 healers, although if you have a really high end healer you could sub the other healer for a 6th dps. A good caestrum meredium or whatever it's called can be done similiarly in like 25 minutes with a well prepared group. Matter of fact, ifrit and titan have a similar strat for well geared parties where a pld tanks (no warriors for single enemy boss fights, fuck you all) and a shitton of DD simply wreck it down. Using duty finder for high end game generally involves a lot of people who can't or don't bother fine tuning their gameplay, so building parties ala old school ffxi has become a norm on ultros so as to avoid shitty assholes who rather blame a tank for their inability to throttle back on hate or the healer for not spamming medica when they pulled hate and died.

The idea I've seen going around is to lvl both PAL and WAR.
Put 30 VIT on the PAL and he becomes your boss tanker.
Put 30 STR on the WAR and he becomes the trash mob kill them quicker.
Except fuck pld, they ruined my shot at fighting titan without paying for it. 150k to get my win and I had to fight AND we still wiped once.
1677  Media / Multiplayer RPGs / Re: Final Fantasy XIV: ARR, a Thread Reborn on: September 23, 2013, 06:32:36 PM
Alisha, being that you have better damage mitigation on pld, having extra hp is nothing but a blessing for all. More hits you can eat, more time to cure you, less likely to accidentally eat it due to a large group mauling you and most importantly, less cures needing to be cast so the whm doesn't have to start casting before you pull and thus reducing enmity generated elsewhere. It's a shame vitality has no merit outside hp though, as that would definitely put it in the running for best stat in game.

@Parn, didn't know shield oath had a 20% damage penalty....still have 5% more damage output while in use though, and hallowed ground. Goddamn paladerps.

Tch, stop hatin. This movie looks awesome, quit worrying about the finer details. This is far more logical anyway, how the hell would you let a couple of officers walk into a criminal hideout with such trashy equipment and get shot up worse than a paper target at a shooting range, then turn him into a nigh invincible walking death machine? At least the carbomb makes sense in terms of legitimate fucking over to super battle cyborg. My real  c
complaints are why is Lewis now a dude, and why are all the best actors in the film delegated to less important roles? Gary Oldman as the scientist who made him seems like such a waste...he would have been way better as the big villian in the movie...or even better as the head of OCP or omnicorp or w/e it's called now. I like Joel Kinnamin and all, but why such a no name for such a large budget? Slight grimaces, that's all, still looking forward to it.

I think finding a connection to share between yourself and someone is part of the fun of a relationship. Knowing you have common ground is fine and dandy, but trying some new things between each other is fun. I met a couple at my gym who hooked by working out together, and it's comical because he's like 6'2" and she's maybe 4'10", and he's big and not fat but beefy meanwhile she's pretty lean and trim. But they enjoy working out together. It's cute really.

Off to my first day of work in almost 3 solid weeks. Gotta love being freelance, it's either feast or famine here.

Best bet is to mark mobs, so as to limit hate accumulation between enemies. Flash is beans for hate accrual, so make sure you get the initial pull to start hate growth, double flash or even triple as you ready to attack, and after establishing hate on the first mob use your big enmity hit on the other enemies as needed since the whm or sch will eventually piss the enemies off (usually quickly). Having provoke helps you immensely. Worst case and none of this helped, upgrade your weapon. Higher str generally equates to greater enmity generation as damage builds hate exceptionally well. You guys are lucky as plds cuz you don't suffer an attack penalty while using shield oath, whereas war does. Also, fuck hallowed ground, it's cheating.

Who's idea was it to give marauders holmgang and have it do absolutely nothing useful? Seriously, 6 second bind that generally equates to you eating an AoE directly in the face and a ridiculous cooldown timer. It doesn't even build hate, AND it's only effective in melee range. It's easily the worst mrd ability in the game.
