I appreciate that. This was definitely a rough weekend, though seeing Ted did help a bit. Both of my sisters have court dates in the near future, like august I believe, as well as my father for his bullshit charge. The sister with the new belly button gets to go to court on thursday to testify against the girl who stabbed her for attempted murder. At least some justice may be served.

Ok, I'm a little skeptical about posting this entire story...so just the quick version. My sisters were involved in a fight yesterday morning, about 1 am eastern. My youngest sister was stabbed (just missed her lung, she is okay though), and my middle sister was sliced across her hand and nose. The girl filed charges for assault on both my sisters, and they were both arrested while the youngest sister was being treated for a stab wound. My dad goes to the hospital to see what is going on and the shithead officer there gives him some attitude, then arrests my dad for disorderly conduct (unlawful arrest, he's checking his options and filing a complaint). He was released yesterday afternoon, and my sisters were released earlier today...

Best fucking birthday ever.

And people complain about the Dead or Alive games. But to be fair, the first DOA is pretty ridiculous with its "breasts physics".

I'm convinced Japan doesn't know how breasts actually move in general.
Well, considering they still think that a real penis is something like 50 feet long, generally only attached to aliens or demons, and seem to come in bundles of 3-12 depending on how freakishly weird the alien or demon is, and that women seem to like being literally subdued by them and 10x penetration...yeah, I think japan doesn't understand women at all.

Ted....

Oh my fucking love of all things family guy, this movie was astounding. I loved it, every second of it. Mark Wahlberg is the best stupid chowderhead I have seen in a movie, and Mila Kunis is just a bombshell...and she made a fart joke. My god, the best fart gag I have ever seen. Big points to Ryan Reynolds for once again playing a gay character in a Seth Macfarlane production, even bigger pointa to his love interest being Patrick Warburton. I gotta say, I didn't expect it to be this entertai.ing, but for almost 2 hours I didn't stop giggling.

Definitely the third best movie of the year...after avengers and batman.

I secretly think I have the power to influence future events. I spent the last few days brooding about a job I would have to do tomorrow and monday, wishing deep down that I wouldn't have to. Today, I called one of the guys I was working for to get my call time, and he told me that the guy who actually gave me the 2 days overbooked and I was pulled from the call, instead now I would possibly be on the 4th and 5th. I just didn't want to work tonight and tomorrow, this new outcome is almost exactly what I had hoped for.

This isn't the first occurence either. When I was younger, I had lent my copy of earthbound to a good friend, who had been holding onto it for a real long while. One day, I was sort of down and really upset and almost started to cry about not having the game out of nowhere (I was 7). Literally, I was lying in my bed wishing I had it back. Not 10 minutes later, my buddy's older brother comes over with the game, just like that. And another time, I was sitting at a little deli by my house and was really tossing around the idea of buying a game, Breath of Fire III. I didn't have enough money, and I really didn't want to beg my parents at the time for it, so I bought a lottery ticket (illegally, I was a minor). Sure enough, I sat there and hoped to win a couple bucks, and I won 50 dollars. Walked down the block, bought the game, and even had some cash left over for a slurppy at 7-11.

I have other circumstances where it's conceivable that this "power" is more than a freak coincidence, like travelling to a destination in midtown manhattan at 9am on a monday morning and hoping there is no traffic, which almost never happens except for when I hoped for it. It's weird, I don't believe in supernatural crap and such, but this happens alot. When my mom was diagnosed with stage iv lung cancer, doctors said a couple months maybe. I didn't hope she would get magically better, but I did hope.that she would firat, make it past xmas (she did) and later on, when it got really bad, I silenty hoped that of all things, please don't let her die on my hirthday. She was close to, but thankfully, missed it by a few days after. I even got a happy birthday from her, which was one of the last coherent things she said to me (heavily drugged). Again, I don't believe in supernatural heebie jeebies, but this is definitely not random occurence at work here.

Of course, still haven't won that million dollar jackpot yet either.

There was a time when I played tekken 5 and then 6 non stop for like 2-3 months. Got to the point where I had a ridiculously offensive and speedy Kuma, not because I was that good with him, but because I started learning other characters to know what I could prevent using the bear. It was at the point where I would challenge people blindfolded just based on who they picked, especially Eddy and Christie, but I had to leave it on 2 rounds, cuz people would pick up on my patterns. I miss those days, but I EVENTUALLY got sort of bored playing it.

My birthday is in 2 days, and the anniversary of my mother's death is in 6...

July is a fun month for me :)

My deepest...darkest secret is the happy little bush that I drew down in that corner. If you tell anyone about it I will fucking kill you...
His secret is he plays ffxi. He's ashamed of it and he knows it. Shun him like the filth ridden leper he is.

Hey man, it's no secret that any good game is at least 4 parts great music. Let Dincrest rock man, he may be the man behind the next great video game soundtrack.

Age, smage.  I'm 34 but people think I'm 24-26 because, thanks to healthy living, I look pretty young.  As for Carly Rae Jepsen, she's pretty cute.  Then again, most female pop singers are.  Not gonna lie, I wonder if she goes for aggressive punk/metal bass players:P  Hey, if Nergal from the black/death metal band Behemoth could hook up with a Polish pop star...

On another note, a punked out version of "It's Raining Men" would be a hilariously awesome moshpit anthem, especially during summertime in a hot and sweaty basement show.
I can almost see starmongoose daydreaming this exact idea and scene in his mind.
