More of squeenix's pretty pictures. Obviously a paradox thrown in there somewhere.

The Last of us and Halo 4 are all I've seen that I give a damn about, and it's not that much of a damn. I figure beyond will be a button press movie lile heavy rain, which I never bothered with after the demo, and super sony smash copyright infringement looks lile a combination of smash brothers and that xbl game with the little dudes and big guns. Doesn't even look lile a good smash bros clone, the gameplay seems so limited from what they showed. Unless nintendo announces a golden sun dd sequel, or a new metroid game...this E3 is a failure on the console end.

Someone should fire the sound engineer.

Last of us is awesome looking. Eagerly looking forward to it.

Only because CGI Ellen Paige is better looking than anyone in heavy rain.

Edit: and then there was God of War 4.

My god this harry potter shit is going on forever.

Sony's conference is boring. Beyond looks awesome sure, but everything else has bored me. Show some ZoE or gtfo already.

You forgot about the PS3 version of Vesperia, which had way more content than the 360 version. Didn't even get a dlc option for it on 360. It's stuff like this that makes me ride the jp onry train.

I hope I am just being a pessimistic fuckhole, but whamco blandai has shit in my cereal before, so I keep a realistic feet firmly on the ground approach to this.

Weekend update of toony goodness.

Thundercats was pretty good. Pulled on the heart strings a tad. Very "*batteries not included" which I enjoyed.

Young Justice....IMPULSE WHEE EVERYTHING REALLY FAST HOLY SHIT CAPS LOCK FTW CRASH THE MODE. But yeah, story is advancing quite well. Definitely the highlight of my saturdays as of now. Oh yeah...they found roy.

Korra was kind of silly at first this week. Team avatar jokes and such, though the hot rod style car Asami drove was ballin. Felt more like they were trying to poke fun at some stuff. Then shit got really real, really fast, and the councilman Korra was originally working for....well, he came out of left field for the silver douchebag villian award. Very end of the episode showed more glimpses of the past, and apparantley Turloc (think I spelled it right) is far more of a prick then we make him out to be. Did I say silver? Give this man the gold, judges

A++ weekend. Would watch again.

Hey wait a minute. This is the same game that had the catchphrase; "Are you prepared to destroy the world for a girl?"
That was for the original Tales of Xillia if I remember right.

Also, tales of destiny 2, though never released outside if japan, was a pretty cool game story wise. If xillia 2 does what destiny 2 did, I will approve...unless it stays in japan in which I say fuck you jp onry bullshit.

Yeah, I don't get the hate for this so far. It looks cool for a trailer. I'd prefer to understand why anyone cares about this at all seeing as the first one is still jp onry. What makes anyone think we'll see an english version of the original, much less this sequel?

This isn't the game that has a futuristic look, right?
No, this its direct sequel that takes place one year later. So technically, it has an even more futuristic-y look.

I would also like to emphasize how my "keep dreaming" remark was in reference to FFversusXIII being released next generation.

Again, keep dreaming lol.

I'm down! So far, the Wii U has my attention, so a Final Fantasy on the system would be very welcome. It wouldn't surprise me either. With neither Microsoft or Sony having new consoles on the horizon, Nintendo can really make a mark sharing some multi-platform games during this extended period, then it's great for developers because the game/system will be around for years to come, and a triple A title like Final Fantasy is very likely to be gotten by late arrivals down the line. Sorta like I would probably buy Metal Gear Solid 4 if I bought a PS3 today.

I'm hearing all kinds of rumors of Wii U ports, so it wouldn't surprise me at all. Smart move too.
Keep dreaming, video is confirmed fake already.

I would have already bought it, but the cab I called for my ride home from work was actually quick. Going to probably run out later today or tomorrow for it.

Naturally, as I go to order this and xenoblade from lamestop, gamefly sends out xenoblade, the cheaper game.

Edit: Nabbed a pstriple copy this evening. My lamestop had no failbox stuff left. Works for me, I preferred the ps3 controls for non shooters anyway.

Double Edit: Played for about 2 hours and my system froze, just like what happened to me during my arkham city run. It's official, my ps3 is dying. Sending it in next week for service repairs.
