I doubt that 125k voters would've been a massive impact on the huge win Clinton had unless you assume every last one of them is a Berniebro (which is pretty much conspiracy theory level logic- it's Brooklyn and not a college campus). You probably don't personally know that many Clinton supporters because Bernie has huge support from the 18-29 age range- in every other age range Clinton has a higher percentage of supporters.
I wouldn't disagree with the logic of me knowing the age group for bernie supporters, but frequenting the gym as often as I do, I have a lot of different age groups to talk to and associate with. No one, and I mean NOT A SINGLE PERSON, showed any interest in Hillary. Again, I had more people show some level of interest in Trump which scared me, but Hillary was usually referred to as a liar and a criminal. I know I'm still tapping maybe 80 people or so for their opinions while the varying counties we're all from numbers more in the thousands, but to see such overwhelmingly large numbers pro Hillary while I can't name 1 personally...something doesn't add up. Furthermore, I frequent my sister's job at a bar and usually strike up conversations with the regulars, maybe another 20 or so people all around their low to mid 40s or better. Most of them didn't care about voting at all, but said Hillary should be in jail (or back in the kitchen twice...), while 3 said and fought how Trump should win, blaming muslims for our countries downfalls.

One other thing,  and this is the one that really tickles that rigged button in my head. Bernie lost brooklyn, his own home turf, by 50k votes...with 130k+ (this number has changed like 6 times already btw) voters turned away.

And in today's "WHAT THE FUCK" moment in new york, 125k+ voters were denied their vote in brooklyn's democratic primary  tonight, because they didn't show up on the lists...

Hillary won new york tonight on the democratic side, and the best part is the amount of local areas that had voted for her were insane, because I can't name 2 people I know personally who have a good thing to say about her. I know more people voting trump than clinton, and yet somehow she still won...I can't even right now...

I will say, though, XIII was a fun game, with pretty graphics, excellent music, great characters and an awesome battle system that was so much more than mash-x-to-win that it boggles my mind.  XIII-2, on the other hand... was pretty much mash-x-to-win until the final dungeon.

XIII-2 is a +1 in pretty much every aspect XIII presented previously. Saying that is disappointing follow-up in any regard is dismissing the fact of how much better it is overall to the X series and its self-indulgence, and that's quite impressive given how unexpectedly self-aware the XIII trilogy ended up being with its esoteric story and universe by the end of it.

You lost me in that second sentence, but I wholeheartedly disagree with the first.  Everything in XIII-2 was a downgrade from XIII, save the linearity.  Worse story, worse/less characters, MUCH worse battle system.  Of course, "worse" and "better" are highly subjective, so let me put it another way:
- The story of XIII-2 somehow managed to be even MORE convoluted and hard to follow than XIII's, with even less heart.
- XIII-2's characters felt bland and one-dimensional, compared to XIII's characters, who felt interesting and one-dimensional.
- XIII-2's battle system was an egregiously watered-down and broken version of XIII's.

So, in my opinion, those things made it worse.  Someone else might enjoy the "complex" story, "realistic" characters, and "simplified" battles of XIII-2, I suppose.
...I agree with your first 2 points, but XIII 2s battle system was far more useable than XIIIs, by leaps and bounds. It's not to say it was great, but it functioned much better than the original's and gave you better customization for battles.

New art (Yoshida continuing his "hip" trend~) and new footage!

Looks like you're not the only blind swordsman.
My excitement at the art and footage...followed by the grim realization that they still haven't given any real release estimate....

I thought it was confirmed for this year?
Not that I've heard. I expect it in 2017 the earliest.

Edit: quickly looked into it and back at the e3 announcement it was slated for a 2016 release with no solid release date. That has not changed as of yet.

The water is off in my apartment until 5pm for maintenance and I really need to drop a starmondeuce

After water is turned off, every toilet should have one good flush left as the water should already be in the tank.

I wasted the bonus flush on a semi-conscious bathroom trip before I realized the water was off.

I went to the gym and tcb there
Go buy a couple of cheapo gallons of water from the store and fill your tank with them. I'd gladly pay 2 bucks if it meant I could drop a deuce in my own home.that day instead of holding it in or going to resraurant or something.
51  Media / General Games / Re: Ratchet and Clank 2016 on: April 18, 2016, 01:41:08 PM
My ONLY complaint against the game, though it's a tad on the whiny side given the price of the game, is the length. I've cleared it twice now, 6 days since release while still playing the division and having a moderately active work week/gym visits, and I'm about 3 trophies away from the platinum. The only reason I haven't platinum'd it yet is because I missed hittinf 2 bosses with the groovitron and haven't leveled all the guns...yeah, it kinda sucks that I have to run it one more time just to do those, but what can you do?
52  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: Reviewing a bad game on: April 18, 2016, 11:24:11 AM
I've been reviewing games personally and putting them on Gamefaqs.com. I'm currently playing a game that I want to review but its really bad. My question is to anyone who has played and reviewed a bad game is how long will you play that game until you feel the need to complete a review? And when I say a bad game I mean out of a score of 10 the game is probably anywhere from a 1-3 kind of bad. Thanks.
If you don't complete a game, it's only a preview review I thought...

I went with a double shot of Mountain Dew Soda today.

It's beyond ambrosia, truly the champion's drink.
Regular Dew is godawful, but every variation I've ever had has been so much better, generally my preferred soda while they were available. My favorite was Pitch Black, the grape flavored one. I also really enjoy the kickstarts, as they all have a very nice taste for basically red bulls and monster energy drinks.

The Dreamworks/Pixar comparison was made by my roommates when I got Tools of Destruction back when the PS3 was still new.  I can only imagine how much more true that is now.
Beyond compare. Everythinv looks and feels like a part of the scenery. It's truly awe inspiring.

I'm semi confused...if you can disable FMVs and encounters...can't you just reset the clock or set it to 0:00:00?

So I've been a major fan of this series since probably 2003 or 2004, and aside from Into the Nexus which I didn't play, Full Frontal Assault which was a tower defense variant, and All 4 One which is just fuck horrible, I've played beaten and loved all of em. Bought this new one launch day and MY GOD IT LOOKS AMAZING!!!!

Seriously, it's the best looking game I've ever seen in terms of not actually looking like a video game. This whole game screams dreamworks movie or pixar flick. Beyond that, it's just a great game, it handles super smoothly and plays like the best in the series. They've even streamlined the control scheme to further optimize it for new people, though I'm a little upset they removed the crouch feature for wrench tossing and high jumping. In a single level I was back to strafe jumping and aerial dodging like a champ, which is also funny because the A.I. seems to have improved as well. The basic flip around and fire like mad doesn't work so well anymore, as enemies will fire where you're landing and they move slightly more than they used to. Still it adds to the game rather than taking away as one of the biggest flaws of the series is how easy it could be, and I feel rewarded for killing large groups of enemies and performing those death-defying aerial maneuvers. Not as fond of the Clank segments, as they're pretty much just puzzle solving and most of it is throw a gadgetbot of the appropriate variety at the offending puzzle. Sadly they'll never top the time puzzles in a Crack in Time, but thankfully the banter at some of them do make the puzzles less boring. My biggest complaint right now is the character Cora's voice actress, Bella Thorne. She sounds horrible and has no purpose being in the game alongside such great VAs as Rosario Dawson, John Goodman, Paul Giamatti, and of course James Arnold Taylor and Jim Ward (Ratchet and Clank respectively). Honestly, if you have a ps4, you should buy this game, ESPECIALLY because it's only 40 bucks. It's astounding and a great return to a beautiful franchise.
59  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: PS4 or Vita? on: April 11, 2016, 12:50:34 PM
A smart phone or other mobile capable device.
Why in god's name would you desire to play a full length rpg on your phone? For every cool thing a phone can do, trying to play a video game that requires more than a yes or no input from the user is murder on touch devices. I play like 3 games on my phone right now, and the only reason I do those is because they require little more than confirmation of what I'm about to do. Hell even playing a 3ds or vita is murder on hands after a while because of the lack of ergonomic function.
60  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: PS4 or Vita? on: April 11, 2016, 09:56:02 AM
I'd tell you the ps4 since the support for the vita is diminishing rapidly. Plus, it's only a matter of time before Sony implements vita and psp titles for play on the ps4 using psnow, their streaming service. Granted, the amount of rpgs available on vita are quite larger in number, the system is all but dead, and I don't think spending money on it this late in the game would benefit you. I mean hell, most of the vita rpgs are available on the ps3 already, along with all the other ps3 rpgs and ps1 rpgs you may or may not have, so I'd say the vita is just a purchase for someone with disposable income...

Granted, that's just my opinion, and I say it while having my own vita and ps4, as well as a 1st gen ps3, so I have access to anything on a sony platform.
