Yay for Suikoden III finally coming to the EU PSN. We never got it in the PS2 days so this is pretty big news for us.

I would have posted it in the Suikoden topic but I always get a sudden feeling of hope for Suikoden VI which is quickly dashed, every time that topic is updated.

Edit: Story was already covered on the front page. Shame on me :(

I wonder if time management is still gone. There is a clock but no calendar.

Tales of hearts R

The game was recommended to me but so far the characters seem to pretty much stick to their tropes. You have the angry over protective brother who does nothing but shout and talk about his sister and the mysterious old man who seems to know more than he is letting on and always seems to talk about his age. The other characters are pretty much the same.

I don't really mind the poor translation that much and the combat is fun but I am hoping the characters become more interesting.

I find that sometimes with battle music. The music can be great but it just can't stay fresh for hundreds of battles.

Gog have all their bundle and game deals on at once. Some pretty good deals.

Transistor seems pretty good so far. I am really digging the story although I have not gotten that far into it.

Really like the added colour. I wonder will the story be like Fallout 3 or more like New Vegas.

GOG are having their summer sale. Lots of things on offer. Witcher 1 and 2 are 85% off for those interested on playing them before getting started on the third game.

King of Dragon Pass is an odd but pretty fun game. You basically run a village and make choices like this

So you need 3.5mm male to male. Jack is what you insert the plug into, plug is what is inserted. Yeah, just amazon it, you can find decent sized 3.5mm cables for relatively cheap there. Just my advice, dish out a couple extra bucks for a mesh covered cable. They generally last longer and fail less.

Thanks for the advice man, will do.

Edit: Damn, did I ever sound stupid.

Anybody know a decent quality brand for headphone extenders?
Headphone extenders as in 3.5mm in to 3.5mm out?

Sorry lemme elaborate. What length do you want, what kind of headphones are you using, is it for a music listening device or a computer or a tv...

Thanks for replying D.

It is just to go from the headphones to the TV. The headphones are just a knockoff kind but work perfectly when connected to the TV. It is just the length that sucks. The link that natros showed were the types I was looking at although the perfect kind for me would be a cord with both sides like this.

My headphoes have a headphone jack(I think that is what they are called) and I thought one cord would have better quality than needing two although extenders would get the job done grand. I am worse than a grandparent being introduced to computers for the first time when it comes to these things so apologies if this makes no sense.

I feel bad for the mom and hope their day got a better after that little incident, but I wonder, what's the proper response in that kind of situation anyway? For the one on the recieving end of the punch, I mean.

A televised lawsuit :)

The people are real. The cases are real. The rulings are final. This is her courtroom. This is Judge Judy.

Haven't played Shadow Dragon yet. Is it worth the arseload of cash ebay wants for it?

Not really. It lacks a lot of advancements from the later games. It is decent for a remake of the first game but I wouldn't spend a lot of money on it. If you saw it cheap and were in a FE mood then sure.

> Going further down that path, if Atlus is so insistent that Persona 3 and 4 take place in the same world, then are the Evokers even really needed? I can see them helping some to awaken to their Persona, but every time you call on it? (If this is addressed in PQ, no spoilers please!)

They talk about it during one of the routes in Persona 4 Arena. I think it was in this characters route

Anyone else think the revised weapon triangle is good?  Anyone?

I am having trouble seeing if it is good news or horribly, horribly bad news for bows.
