I cannot really think of any. If I were to just think about what they had done I am sure there would be many but I always have the mentality of "well, they are main characters. What do you expect". Probably unfair but I cannot help thinking that way.

Strangely when I first read this thread the first person tha came to mind was that one police officer from SMT Devil Survivor. The one that showed up on day 2 and day 6.

I am currently playing Recettear. I am really enjoying myself so far. As a big fan of Gust I feel right at home with this game.

Bought it off Steam yesterday and am loving it so far.
709  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: Men who play as female characters. on: September 08, 2010, 02:24:15 PM
The only fighter games I played were the soul calibur games and Dissidia. In Soul Calibur I tended to just play  random characters stories and chose the character with the fighting style I was most comfortable using. I always had a soft spot for FF6 so Terra was my main in Dissidia.

RPG wise if you can create your own character or it is a silent protagonist I tend to go male the vast majority of the time(If it is a generated team like DQIX or Etrian Odyssey I have a mixture of both)

If they are seperate stories I just choose what I feel is the most interesting one. For Hexys Force I started my first playthrough as the female main character.

Just read Graceling by Kristin Cashore. I really enjoyed the idea of Graces and thought it was a good book even if the romance was pretty weak.

Think it will use your save file from either of the gba games? Something like The lost age did to the original.

What about port llaffin?  (The name is pretty fuzzy to me but it is the place south of All Treades abbey.

Armed with nothing more than a wooden sword, short bow and a plot shield they march onwards.

SMT Devil Survivor is a combination of a SRPG with the battle mechanics of a regular SMT game.

If you are counting published.
Luminous Arc 1 is a pretty basic SRPG that has a broken battle system but strangely this makes it fun. Luminous Arc 2 fixed a lot of that but I would still prefer 1 over 2.

For GBA there is Yggra union,Tactics Ogre the knights of lodis and Shining Force: Resurection of the dark dragon

I actually used to really enjoy the dragonlance short stories. Being from different authors they were hit and miss but some of them were great. I got them pretty cheap in a second hand store.

Rereading Redemtion of Althalus by David Eddings. His books are not for everyone but I enjoy them. One of the problems is that if you have read one of his series you have read them all.

There are rarely any game adverts on over here.

These are mostly consoles but they were pretty funny.

It is not really that. I do not get hangovers so when I wake up the next morning cleaning is the first thing I think of. Probably started when I went to friends house parties. I always felt guilty that the place was so messy the next morning.

-When I was younger I used to read a book during a single night.
-I have a cat that everyone I know seems to hate.
-I used to have really long hair. If anyone has played it think of Kross from Rune Factory Frontier. ...except I did not look that much like a serial killer.
-Things that people put down to coincidence happen to me regularly.
-If I ever get drunk I tend to wake up really early the next morning with the urge to clean the house.
