I thought Final Fantasy V was really good. It had one of the best soundtracks of all the FF's, the story is kinda "meh" and so are the characters but Galuf is its saving grace, he was an awesome character. If VI gets the FFIII/IV treatment, I hope they leave the soundtrack alone. I enjoyed III and IV's arrangements but VI's soundtrack is perfect, lol.
I thought Final Fantasy V had its strong points, but overall I just found it to be a letdown compared to what came before it and after it. I mean, it definitely didn't help that it came out between two of the better FF games.

I hope we hear something about Final Fantasy V and Final Fantasy VI on the 3DS. You know its bound to happen. Why remake all the past FF's and ignore these two?
Well, Final Fantasy V really wasn't that great, but I still think it deserves a good remake. Final Fantasy VI is a classic, and it definitely needs to be released for a new generation.

From what I've seen, Dragon Age 2 looks like it's going towards the Mass Effect route. I'll still pick it up, but I doubt I'll like it nearly as much as the first one.

I usually play multiple games at a time. At any given time I'll be working on 3 or 4 different games unless I find one game that I'm really into. But that doesn't seem to happen much these days.
And it's not like I have a lot of free time. Often only an hour a day or so. That's just the way I do things.
Yeah, very rarely do I end up so entranced in a game that it's the only thing I play. It happened for a long while with Dragon Age, but after a while it lost some of its mesmerizing traits.

I bought it, but I haven't started it yet. I don't care if the game is built primarily for multiplayer as long as it's not nearly impossible (see Peace Walker) to beat solo.
Opposite really... game is pretty easy in single player, although there are plenty of ways to make the game harder, create fewer characters, use basic classes etc. Oh, well I can deal with easy most of the time. In fact it would probably seem a somewhat pleasant change for Dragon Quest.

Of all the games I've played this generation, Demon's Souls is one of my most loved/most hated games. The gameplay is a whole lot of fun, but the difficulty level is ridiculously, through-the-roof hard. Even though I just can't beat it for the life of me, I respect From Software for not making another game that holds your hand like a creepy old guy walking kids across the street.

Yeah, I try NOT to get myself overwhelmed. Thats just all I can is just play one at a time but not rush, have fun with the games.
Well, I do sometimes play more than one game at a time; right now I've been playing Final Fantasy XIII and Dragon Age Origins. Of course when you have at least 15 hours a day of free time every day, it's easier to juggle 'em.

I figured by TGS, we may have a solid release date. I think Japan is supposed to get this by the end of the year, so I expect us to get it sometime next Spring.
Yeah, I think SE better have a lot of information up their sleeve for TGS. Third Birthday, Agito XIII, Versus XIII, KH3 (oh man, I can imagine the announcement now: "Square-Enix is proud to announce Kingdom Hearts 3...DS").
