Maybe instead of playing RPGs your kids could be basketballs.

That sounds painful.

Dragon Age: Origins might fit the bill. The combat is similar, but the levels aren't nearly as big or open as FFXII or Xenoblade. If you get it, make sure to get the Ultimate Edition since it comes with all the DLC.

I've beat the game.
Code: [Select]
It doesn't really matter that it attacks the brain "first," it shouldn't even reach it because it has to reach the brain through the bloodstream, and if it's not causing any damage in the brain, it means it's being eradicated before reaching the brain by the host immune system. I just find this to be more than a bit unbelievable; the first immune human ever and you're going to cut her up? It flies in the face of any sort of logical thought process.[/URL]
It does seem a bit flawed. Course, a mushroom virus that turns you into a zombie-esque freak is a tad outlandish itself.

Interestingly, the virus is actually based on a real phenomenon.

I thought IW's story was actually pretty good, aside from a few silly twists here and there.

wasnt ME1 male shep only?

Nope, you can play as femshep in all 3.

So glad I waited to play this. I just got the EC Destroy ending and I'm pretty damn satisfied. Still bullshit. that Leviathan and0 EC weren't in there from the start.

so would i possibly enjoy DA2 if i never played the 1st one? i tried to get into mass effect but i wanted the melee combat from kotor and its mainly guns.

You might, since the main plot is largely unconnected, but the world and the characters draw a lot from the backstory and lore established in the first game, so I would recommend getting the ultimate edition of Dragon Age: Origins first.

The Last Guardian abandoned?

This is discouraging. :(

It's not absolutely essential, but I'd reccomend playing VP1 first, since there are some significant plot points near the end of VP2 that won't make any sense if you don't.

I have a question: Is true that during the development of Suikoden III the creator of the series (don't remember the name) left the project and the franchise entirely for some problems he had with Konami in those days?

That had long been a rumor, but it turns out he had planned from the start to go freelance after 10 years, according to an interview he did in 2009.

Even though It's not Suikoden VI and we may not get it, I'm just relieved at the moment. The last news on Suikoden we got made it seem the like the series is dead.

Just because there is no female protagonist, does not mean you will not be able to date Kanji/Yosuke/Teddie in the remake...

It makes it unlikely though...
