I gave them money hoping they would create EXACTLY THIS.
I regret nothing.

OFFICIAL NAMES FROM THE LATEST DENGEKI PLAYSTATION MAGAZINE ARE...

Sorey
Arisha
Mikleo
Edna
Dezel
Lailah
Zaveid

Hopefully, localization will fix that one... and possibly destroy all the others.

Sorry, Alisha, Micro, Edna, Diesel, Leila & Zaveed ?

-Lastly, who signed off on these dragons!!!??? Dragons huh...Really...????? The text says dragon, the sprites/dragon models say something completely different if you ask me. They should have run strictly with the term "Endless" IMO. The narrative DOES make appropriate their visual distinction from typical Dragons but the term proves jarring to me none-the-less.

What Dice said and I think the term dragon is used more as the descriptor for immortal / god / force of nature in this game.

Agni Dragon also was pretty unique looking in BoF1.

Argevollen may be average at best but Aldnoah Zero is where it's at.
The first 3 episodes were just incredible.

I love the timing of when the episodes end. Just enough to feel satiated but still waiting more.

Ok... someone explain to me again how this game serie works...

This is the thing I need to buy that will be simple? Is it the first game of its own serie?

So a bit further into Dawn of the New World. Oh my god this game sucks. Emil still is a horrible character. Marta is a one note joke that lost its humor a while ago. I've apparently hatched two Centurion's who aren't going to make any appearance or impact. Raine feels completely out of character. The fact that the game is continually harping on Emil's hatred for Lloyd just makes me like him less. About the only good thing I can think to say about the game is that I like Marta's character design.

I bought Chronicles too thinking probably like you that I'd like to play this to see what the whole brouhaha was about.
Reading your 'as you play' review makes me not even want to try it myself now. Everything sounds really bad.
It reminds me of Gundam SEED Destiny in the sense that they made a sequel where the new lead is a prick who just keeps on badmouthing the old lead you know and like.

I just started watching the video on Youtube and I'm really puzzled how the FPS can be so bad whenever something moves when the graphics are bare minimum...
Reminds me of the stuff we have where I work where it's programmed so atrociously, it needs 6 linked graphic cards to render 2D.

He didn't even write his post.

His post is a link to his Youtube, a link to Wikipedia and a quote from Wikipedia.

I've done it. I've beaten Dark Souls.
It's an experience alright.

Part of me is glad that it's over as I've had a lot of frustrating moments going through it.
Another part of me is sad that it's over though as the game, overall, is very fun and rewarding.

Most of the game omitted certain little things is very fair. most of my deaths were my fault and had I played better, I would have lived.
It also does a great job teaching you things that they expect you to apply.

(I think I played the game much slower than most as my final save is at 92 hours - I did do everything though)

I would honestly prefer it if they shoved passengers into coffins and stacked them vertically to the god-awful seats they have now...

(EDIT: fudge... I just realized... if there was a WW3, I'm a fit individual still in my prime... I'd be drafted...)
1693  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: 2014 Kickstarter, Steam Greenlight, etc. thread. What's piqued your interest? on: July 17, 2014, 09:14:49 PM
I find it interesting that this is making so much money:

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/sekaiproject/world-end-economica-complete?ref=discovery

Considering that, at least part 1, I thought was one of the most mediocre visual novels I've played.

Well the way kickstarter works helps. A lot of Americans love the heck out of anything Japanese, so people really went for that type of game for the art style and music. At least that is my theory.

It's an English visual novel on Steam.

There will be no GOTY edition of this game.
Instead they are offering a "Game of the Century Edition"

Available since Tuesday at 29.99$

It is a brilliant, infuriating game that I will never ever play again.
This is actually the best way to describe a 'certain set' of games that I love to death but can't ever touch again due to life/sanity being more important.

That's how I feel about TLoU and Catherine.
I adored my only playthrough of those games, but I will never ever pick them up again.
