lol, I'd actually buy a launch PS4 if they had a Ogre Battle game on it.

Yeah, stretching way too much =/
Saying Evangelion is about lowering the population is like saying World War 2 was about lowering the population.

Played VP2 3 times

My normal game was whatever

First crystal run: an archer game (Sha-kon, Phyress, Millidia, Lwyn)
A rather complex game where I abused the elemental SS. Everyone in this team has the 2 best fire based shot and a wisp except Lwyn which is a light fighter but has all 3 throw moves.
- Elemental bows on the archer and elemental sword on Lwyn (Levantine end game)
- Double ranged damage SS + 120% elemental damage + usual other damage SS and -100% resist fire on the enemy SS
- Last SG boss is immune to fire... so that sucked majorly
- Overall, very hard game that was more gimmicky than anything else. Still ends up stronger than my whatever first game, but harsh on a crystal run.

Second crystal run: heavy fighter game (Dylan, Kraad, Zunde, Adonis)
Basically, anyone with Sweep Dive + Dylan. This game was so easy, it was ridiculous. Heavy fighters are retardedly strong and a team of 4 of them will massacre anything even on a 2 crystal game. Start with Dylan doing Full Swing to launch the enemy in the air, then just do Sweep Dive x3 to BOUNCE THE ENEMY FOR A GOLD GEM 3 TIMES. Use regained AP to sweep dive that shit some more and get even more gold gems until out of AP. No boss will survive more than one round, including the SG.

I live a life with my virtual wife, in a virtual house and have a virtual dog.
Don't speak to me about reality.

Didn't they say those are mostly brand new IPs?
So no matter what they announce, no one will know what to expect from those anyway.

Wait what? How come I never heard of this.

Time to hit play-asia.

Why don't people use the Diablo 2 battle.net solution for putting content?

Closed Bnet: Safe, secure and quality
Open Bnet: Wild West

Combo breaker!

I read something that brings me a bit of hope. I think it's pretty obvious that MS is not even looking at Japan with the XBOXONE. With that level of effort, I would be pretty stupid to keep the Idolmaster serie as a MS exclusive instead of jumping ship.
I'm looking forward to perhaps finally playing an Idolmaster game =)

"Freedom Wars" sounds terrible...

It sounds post 9-11 American if anything...

How to know if it's vertigo:
Arc your back and neck backward. If you fall on the ground or feel like you will, welcome to vertigo.
1827  Media / Multiplayer RPGs / Re: Diablo 3? on: May 21, 2013, 01:07:40 AM
Call me a nay-sayer, but I don't think this will happen.
While Diablo 2 was lacking fluff, which it got with the expansion, it had a great foundation for the gameplay.
Diablo 3 on the other hand has a very weak foundation that unless they completely tear it apart and redo it... it won't improve by adding fluff.

One thing I can foretell about the expansion is that they'll add new gear that will make anything in vanilla garbage (like WoW and new content).

I'm usually pretty grim and going "This is the worst anime season ever" every season... but last season and this season were/are actually really good. I can't say I have any complaints overall.
Hell, after the eternal mecha drought, it's almost a flood now - which I'm fully fine with =)

I HATE ANIME CUTE THINGS.  Especially ones that serve little purpose beyond squealing "cute noises" when things get a bit quiet.

The best part of playing Tale of the Abyss was the constant abuse on the mascot character from Luke.

I always thought she was purdy.

I really like Yumei. Maybe it's her design or her awesome shapeshifting at every spell... dunno.
I usually keep her until I swap her with Liseria AKA 2nd best mage in (main) game that's not an old geezer who's evil to the core that I hate.

It doesn't help that everyone who Youtubed the Japanese version of the game showed how easily broken and trivial the battle system is either...
