They call this the 3rd console curse Agent D.

All of the Sony fanboys that proudly proclaimed "I love PS3 because I can play online for free!" all of the sudden don't mind at all that they have to pay. I still liked what One had to show more. But in the end all this "This one is better" crap won't mean anything. It'll be like last time and they'll sell about the same.

PS4 is going to sell like hotcakes on every continent that is not North America...
MS is going to get crushed in sales.

#1 Mirror's Edge 2 (xbone exclusive)
#2 FF versus XIII rebranded FFXV (or just versus, no more XIII at the very least)
#3 PS4 showing their gameplay video capture tool

Hey, I got 1 right, 1 half right and 1 wrong.
Not bad... not bad at all.

You guys think they actually scrapped most of VS13 and rebuilt it from nearly scratch?
I get the impression VS13 was really conservative and boring and that's why it was going nowhere. This now seems like it's pushing the FF envelop and I really like what I see.

Parn, can I borrow your smear a middle finger in somebody's face .gif ?
It's needed right here.

Otherwise, what? Boycott the system and miss out on some great games?

Boycott the system and get better systems later when they realize why they failed so hard.

I know one thing, I'm hoping the price for the top tier PS3 isn't 599 like people have said they heard there at E3 today. If they're smart they'll sell it 50 bucks below what they're asking for One.

That's easy to say, but they do have to turn in a profit at one point. The consoles are probably already selling at a loss right now.

For the Skyrim thing, you get to restart a skill to 15 (as many times as you want) whenever you hit 100. This allows you to level up more and get more perk points + HP/MP/STM.
The best thing about it is: if you don't play a jack of all trade, you can still hit a high level even while completely ignoring half the skills.

Did they talk about their subscription model they were supposed to have? The one where you'd buy an xbone + gold for 2 years ?

killer instinct looks like fucking garbage :(
have to agree with this...dissapointed

Damn, that does look awful. It's like they tried to copy SF4 and took everything that makes SF4 bad, then combined it with choppy animation and cheap character models...
Time to go back and play my Bloody Roar 4.

I always liked this interpretation of DA2: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=26194844&postcount=1

Part of me can imagine Bioware adding quick time events... everyone loves pressing buttons, right?

A script that doesn't take me for an idiot.

And you just hit the point where I gave up on the game ^^;;

I discovered that Bandai stopped making DVDs so everything they licensed is now out of print. How am I only learning about this now?! >.>

What the??? Really? I'm sure some series would still sell descent amount =/

The only reason to upgrade a PC is for gaming.

Sorry, but this argument is, for lack of polite term, bad. There are plenty of reason you can need a powerful rig that have nothing to do with gaming.
If your home computer is also your work computer, there are many jobs where you would need a 1000 or even 2000$ rig.
Even if it's not work and just a hobby the same applies.

3d, video, audio to a point, encoding, encrypting/decrypting, large data manipulation, server, development software (adobe, virtool, etc.)...
I've also seen a fair share of dev kits that require a powerful computer because they are badly coded and the extra power keeps them from crashing all the time.
Even watching movies requires a descent computer. Watching a Blueray disc requires something like a mid dual core with a descent graphic card, else you can see a loss of frames.
