There was that whole season in the anime about the extra dolls that just killed it.

The ED was kinda cool though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTPVMlfVglA
Nice song at least.

Wut? Inu-Yasha is 100% shoujo.

I played it on Hard and switched to the even harder difficulties as they unlocked.

I really really liked that if you play well, you can avoid every single attack in the game.
Pair that with the major bonus to xp + $$$ + item drop% and you have a great reason to play on harder difficulties.
Although you might want to lower the difficulty for the boss who have speed kill trophies.

None of you are interested in Maoyu?  If I could only watch one show this season that would be it.  Mind you, I don't really like what they did with the character designs for the anime version, but I'm still excited about the content.

I watched episode one... and it was a pair of jiggling breasts in my face for 15 minutes.

It feels like it's going to do what that one show did 2 seasons ago... the high school vampires one... where the novel was (supposedly) incredible, the manga added ecchi and the anime turned it into a tits and ass yawn fest.

I want something simple and nice right now...

You want Minami-ke.

Up to now, that's the only new show I'm watching.
Everything else is moeblob kyu kyu ♥ ♥ ♥ or T&A

Amnesia might be ok (haven't watched) but the art style is sooooooo shoujo... I'm afraid it'll turn out has a reverse harem show.

I read a bit on this because I too remembered this already coming out years ago.
Turns out they released a RO2 and it sucked balls (or so the Koreans thought).
They scrapped the whole things and started from scratch.
This is the new version.
So technically, the game has been in the maker for 6 years with the rework and all.

I haven't had time to play myself yet, but looking at the skills on the characters I'm a bit bummed.
Very few skills have 'effects' and it's pretty much cooldowns and damage differences.

True, the best way to stop liking a game is usually to go on the game's forum.

I have a save just before the last stage of Growlanser 3... I really should just man-up and finish the darn game.

If you want to play a completely broken class in KotOR2, go for the Sith Lord.
Force Crush is soooooooo powerful, I felt bad for my enemies.

ALL MY MONEY!
(oh wait, it's going to be F2P)

Ragnarok Online was my first MMORPG and I had unspeakable love for it.

Some neogaf user gathered most of the info and posted it.
I don't really want to steal his hard work so I'll link instead: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=505350

That's really acidic.

I tried to list things that weren't Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Fairy Tail or some other well known big name.

I also didn't list those tournament fighters because most of them aren't really anything special.
Who here wants to watch Beyblade?

I guess there's Shaman King that's a tournament shonen fighter, right? I never watched it myself... so can't say.

A good shonen? Hmmmmmmmm lemme think...

PURE BREED SHONEN:
Digimon Adventure, Digimon Tamers or Digimon Savers would be a good place to start.

HIP SHONEN:
Eureka Seven - although I personally never liked the story.

INTRIGUE / ADVENTURE:
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

SERIOUS / DEADLY:
Jyu Oh Sei - which I mentioned in the unknown animes

COMEDY:
School Rumble (if you consider Harima the main character... I know I did)

ALL AGE:
Katekyou Hitman Reborn

SURE VALUES:
Gundams
Evangelion
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann

Mahou Sensei negima is awesome, but only in the manga format. They tried to animate many times and it sucked every single time (The OVAs are good though)

Did you try putting another light bulb?
Sorry to sound stupid, but the way you put it sure sounds like that.

Neal put Analogue: a Hate Story as his #4?
Nice.

Maybe he should write a review for it.

Thanks.
Not sure how I missed that... must have been half asleep that time I checked =/

That's one game that definitively needs a review as you just can't go in there expecting a traditional VN or a game at all.
Heck, the game has no 'gameplay' per se except a tiny event. Sometimes I wonder if the target audience are voyeurs who get high on hacking email database and reading other people's email.
