And this had to come out the same day as the Trope VS Women kickstarter?
Double hilarious.

Thanks Dice. It's bad but at least not horrible.
I guess that would be like a C+

I'm still interested in the game, but I'll wait for a price drop.

Can you turn voices 'off'?
I don't have too much a problem with the voice-casts, but it sounds like they didn't really...rehearse... or everyone just seems to say their lines slowly.

Do you have a Youtube example of that? That sounds pretty bad =/

Overall, an average of 21 or more *CENSORED* a month during a man's lifetime decreased the risk of prostate cancer later in life by 33%. And each increase of three *CENSORED* per week during a man's lifetime was associated with a 15% reduction in prostate cancer risk.

21 * 12 months = 252
252 * 80 years = 20,160
20,160 * 5 mL = 100.8 L
100.8 L * 3,500,000,000 men =   352,800,000,000 Kg
7,000,000,000 humans * 50 kg = 350,000,000,000 Kg

Hey guys, guess what weights the same as humanity's combined body-weight?

I'm just wondering how this works out for people who shot Wrex =/

Yeah, some bosses are... challenging...
The 'Divine Dragon' is probably responsible for some broken (aka tossed) controllers

Legend of the Dragoon is a game with clear flaws.
If you can overlook the 2 worst ones (pacing and butt ugly 3D) there is some fun to be had.

Finally ordered the pieces I'll need to build my new computer.
Just going from a 32bit to a 64bit machine will already be a huge performance boost.
We'll see when things are shipped. Hoping I can get everything by the next weekend so I can fiddle on that.

Friday night and I'm just chilling on my chair with Russian roulette music* while wondering if I should finally start making a game.
I figure the best way to honor one's hobby is to contribute.
It's one thing I want to do in my life but I always get stuck at some point...

I have an entire binder of failed ideas or things that are way too challenging to do solo.
Most probably I'll fiddle on paper until 2-3 am, then get depressed, shove stuff back in the binder and go to sleep feeling like crap.

* Right click on C: and add every music file to playlist. Listen to anything that plays, no skipping.
1887  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: System Shock 2 - on GoG for Valentine on: March 01, 2013, 09:15:52 PM
As a long time fan, I'm really happy that the game is finally getting played. Back in the 2000s this was so obscure almost no one played it.
I always felt this was really a shame as the game did almost everything right; a bit as if Chrono Trigger was an obscure game that almost no one played.
I hope GoG and Night Dive made a shit ton of money, because to me, they deserve it.

Also Rob, what do you think of the spiders ;)
1888  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: The NEW Game Journal on: March 01, 2013, 08:01:20 PM
Yeah, kinda like the solo Hk-47 that was restored in KotOR2 was clearly removed because it was more of a pain in the ass than fun.
Solo long segment with a slow ass weak ass droid? whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy...
Also, it shows they never balanced that part because Kotor2's difficulty is pretty low but at that point I went:
