Other people's dogs I've seen were retarded and the 3 cats I've had were brilliant.
There are some good dogs out there I guess, but I've seen all the idiots sadly.

Finished work early today; building caught on fire.

I can only dream of that happening,,,,,,,,,,,

I'm more upset I didn't make the connection first.

Bitch took my fucking stapler. He knew it was coming ;)

Heck, I'd like something that actually plays out a relationship as opposed to ending when it reaches one.

Wouldn't that be the Love Plus DS games?

One day I'll write my thoughts on this game. Up to now, every time I tried, I just couldn't formulate it well enough =/
The only part I'm confident in writing is that it's really surprising how when people have not played the game they refer to the girls by their disabilities, yet after playing through, they refer to each one by name. It really makes you forget that they are disabled yet don't hide it at all.

May as well follow up on this:

Bioware's statement of support for Jennfer (sic) Hepler

Having seen a picture of her... it's not that desirable a vagina either.
1898  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: BioWare writer - I have a vagooo, your argument is invalid on: February 20, 2012, 01:21:04 PM
There's a giant haze of professional and personal matters is this whole thing.
If all these people didn't publicize themselves for their work (Hepler & Gaider) through the forums, they wouldn't have received this much shit for it since nobody would have really known who to blame.
The Bioware interview with Hepler surely didn't help either.

(edit: Pic removed since apparently fake, still safe to say the below though)

Also, I have nothing against homosexuals... but she is clearly obsessed with homosexuals.

Here's a good controversial story to start the week:
http://www.destructoid.com/bioware-writer-s-vagina-versus-the-internet-222206.phtml

It sucks for her, but she technically asked for it. That's clearly flame baiting =/

That and It's not the first time she wrote something on the Internet that she just should not have.
I remember a compilation of some of her Bioware forum posts that are just plain terrible (and by terrible I mean it made obsessive yaoi fanfic writing 12-year olds look better than her)

I think companies should just not let their employees on their forum. Let the community people handle that place.

Living in Montreal, I can seriously say that having a car is way too much effort.
Traffic everywhere. Snow removal. No parking.
I have very little desire to spend all that money on a car when the bus/metro is pretty descent and much more cheap.

I'd like to also point out that the characters do not "die" in battle. Their official status is "K.O.".
So they are only unconscious.

Of course this begs the question of why someone dies instantaneously from a blade, but manages to only be knocked out by Emerald Weapon falling on top of them. GUYS THESE ARE CLEARLY PLOTHOLES.

Emerald weapon is a tsundere. He pretends to be all cold and mean, but deep down he really loves you.

(Someone needs to draw this for the awesome)

The last episode of TWGOKs2 seriously rocks.
One of the best done cameo I've seen.

1905  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Kat Bailey: Do Japanese RPGs need good stories? on: February 17, 2012, 11:06:27 AM
I know I'm beating a dead horse again, but I don't mind if a game has no story as long as the rest is solid. If there is a story, it needs to be at least descent (good or great is even better though).

What I can't stomach is a stupid story.
This happens a lot in Japanese games because they feel obligated to bend the story to include tons of stupid tropes.

ex:
I am Captain Edge Maverick; on a very important mission to save the human race.
I command the space kindergarten, which is one of the most advanced space craft ever made.
I was specifically chosen for this mission because of my youthful ignorance, teenage angst and the fact that I know how to wield a sword. Indeed, most aliens have learned of our technology and became completely immune to any kind of ranged weaponry we have created (with the exception of bows)
I have full faith in my crew, including a mentally retarded traumatized underage orphan alien, a retarded underage alien cat girl and a bird brain winged girl and their dedication to save the human race, which they have never heard of until they met us.

I could go on, but I think that's enough...
