I thought the PS1 had an internal power supply? My old one just has a power cord.

The only thing that can make me feel better is if my Assassin's Creed 2 save reappeared. But thanks.

Understood. For some reason I thought you lived in LA.

Of course I have no basis for that. It's just a gut feeling I had

I eat two meals a day at most,  unless I have stuff that goes on all day (like a full day's surgery), in which case I require three meals. Generally though, I have a small breakfast and a huge lunch, which I just kind of digest until I go to sleep. Some days I don't even eat breakfast, just lunch. This habit led to one of my ex-girlfriends' nicknaming me "Camel," which I resented greatly.

I also only drink water, never juice or soda. I purify water and boil it every day so I have some to drink at any time. Though, this is also made up by the fact that I drink alcohol viciously at least once a month and kill my wallet in one night.

Why do you do this? Where do you live?

I don't think it has anything to do w/ the disk, I do an install. It has to do with the automatic save I think. It's possible I might've quit the game when it was updating but I doubt it. The 1st time it happened it gave me an error when it did a checkpoint save and then the file was gone when I came back.

I'll probably just do a quick main story playthrough w/ the glyphs. I really like the setting and story. You really feel like you're getting to the bottom of something.

I fully plan on getting brotherhood and revelations at some point.

I'm fucking torn. I want to finish Ass Creed 2 but I don't want to start over again. I was pretty far and had done a ton of collecting and side stuff.

So pissed. So very fucking pissed.

GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKER

So I lost my save file AGAIN in assassins creed 2. This time I'm not starting over, I don't care how much I love the game. The killer was just the other day I was going to backup the file and didn't

I have no fucking clue why this is happening but it's goddamn aggravating. It doesn't seem to be happening to any other game on my 360
5693  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Loose ends... the games we have not finished and should we? on: August 09, 2011, 04:36:12 PM
RPGS I have in the wing and will play soon after I finish what I'm on:

Nier
Dragon Age II
Infinite Undiscovery
Valjyria Chronicles

That says nothing about all the ps2 games I bought last year. I'm in no hurry for those.

There's a long clip of skyrim gameplay from quakecon.

It's kind of funny, as much as I love games standing around in a huge crowd cheering and ooohing and ahhhing is pretty damn funny.

And I just realized that episode of the simpsons is about 6 years older than you.

I just got to Venice in ASS2

The variety in the cities and locations you go to is very nice. It also looks downright beautiful. I turned off most of the HUD except for the map and health, it seems to have improved visuals slightly but I could be imagining things.

, I just may have convinced my friend to let me get this for her as a Christmas gift. I do hope so; I've wanted to play this game ever since the reviews rolled in.

Every time I see an old church I wonder what's the best way to parkour up the side, and if there are any glyphs on it.

Last night we went here:
http://www.gallopingghostarcade.com/games_list.htm

I recommend it for Chicago area peeps.

To anyone who cares, I've been trying to lose weight the past week and will continue to do so. So far I've lost a pound. It's not much, but it's a start and I'm proud of myself.

A pound at a time.  One thing that helped me: two meals a day (I personally find divvying it up between 6, as recommend, too much a pain in the ass on normal schedules), cut out the obviously shitty-for-you foods.

I stayed up till 3am, and woke up at 7am.  Was it wise to go to bed that late? Of course not, but when you have 12 hours of work to look forward to, its sometimes better to enjoy the night for a longer amount of time.

... I'm very tired, and hate my fucking job.

are you still at gamestop?
